My advice to anyone with blue balls is always the same. Go to any street walker / freelancer / massage place, hand over some cash and have her milk you dry. Personally I'm not a fan of this. You have never met her and you will be investing 3-4 days plus travel plus hardship for a fling that you will most likely break off when you have time to contemplate.

I do know that we have to work harder to uncover the gems but this one sounds like you are overpaying for poverty pussy.

How about looking to your current methods and strategies instead of throwing further money after a bad position. Maybe Leyte is not for you.

P.S.: I did meet a 21 Leyte student in Mania. In that case I was called to the 2 aunties house and interviewed before I could take her out the first night. My investment was about 10 minutes and after which she came with me for the weekend. This is why I think the strategy as proposed is out of proportion to potential reward.
