Kind of place that is definitely worth a visit, if you are a traveling kind of guy.

Does anyone have experience on visits to Palawan. What are the affordable resorts, most bang for the buck, or must see sites?
Thanks in advance.

is a good source. personally free wifi is must for me. i stayed at Dynasty Court in the centre, which is fine (though maybe you can get something a bit cheaper). I also stayed at Kingston Lodge out of town which is very nice and has wifi, a pool and a very friendly atmosphere. Most of the guys staying there have medium /long terms GFs as its away from the action though I guess its just a 100P ride away so thats not such a big deal

The easiest placwe to pick up a p4p is in front of the Why Not KTV on the promenade. They are often sitting inside a trycicle, and you go round the corner to negotiate the deal. I had a choice of 2. She was OK, about fair value for the price.
The bars listed in the Dumaguete thread are in operation, but they are pretty low life. Some of the girls are quite eye catching, but the customers were low end pinoys blowing their dough. My guide was upper class old Spanish money, so he was very uncomfortable, so we could not stay long.
I met a veery nice young lady while walking along the promenade early afternoon. Next day we went to the island just offshore and had a very pleasant day. So they are there if you are a bit game.
Gangles.

Thanks for the RedKilt,
I read several pages on that place and it sounds nice but rather too quiet.
Most say bring your own pussy, which defeats the purpose a wee bit.
Maybe a beach resort close to cebu is the answer?

Don't think it is out of date because anything written about Dumaguete from 2005 will still be current - not much changes there.
Just watch out for the baklas along the Esplanade opposite What's Up. Some are quite deceptive but all are aggressive.

the bars in bauang (ba-wahng) are mostly attached to the beach resorts and attract mainly westerners. the style is similar to the smaller bars in barrio barretto, as are quality and price. i've found about half a dozen places but there might be others rep001tered around.
the poro point bars line the highway a couple km north of bauang and they have the unmistakable look of an old r&r area (wallace air station was just up the road). clientele these days is mostly filipino and they (and the girls) can get rowdy, but people are friendly and unless you get drunk and obnoxious you're unlikely to have any trouble. maybe a couple dozen bars in total, mostly very small.
nothing to get excited about if you've just come from ac or even subic, but barely an hour's drive from baguio . . . .

Any info on this seaside university city?
I have met a gal on dia and she hails from there.
Looks ok from what I can google up.
But would love some info from someone who has actually mongered there.
Looks like some good little beach resorts close by which I'm into.
I don't want to stay at a hotel in a city which seems the case in Cebu.
I want pussy and beach and internet in same place.

Posts: 4567I once had the pleasure of arriving in SF L Union via a US Navy destroyer, and they put on a nice show for us on the pier - including the song "in the Navy"
Later that afternoon, I found a great gal in a bar, and she took me back to her bamboo shack, and we shagged in that shack.
Betong, hope you can give us some info about the La Union coast.
