Hi,

I'm a newbie & joined a few days ago. I am coming to retire in the Philippines later this year. I want to travel to several towns to see if I want to settle down there.

Question is: What are the night life and sex opportunities like in smaller cities such as Bacolod, Ormoc, Naga, Iloilo, Legaspi and the like.

Any views or info would be much appreciated.

This City must have changed. I visited here twice a few years ago. Fucked two different, regular women there but was not too impressed with the place. I stayed once in 1999 at the Dynasty hotel and hated it. Tried two other Hotels and did not like either of them. Nightlife sucked back then. I do remember a Bar across from the one Hotel where the waiters/waitresses wore Hard hats like a construction crew. I was there around 01:00AM.

Perhaps I shoud make another Trip now. Davao was not much in 1996-2000 during my first ten trips there. I just kept going back because I always met/fucked some awesome, young pussy.

I think I was the one who recommended this place, which is about a 1 minute walk from the Dynasty Hotel. I loved it the first couple of times I was there. However, when I went back a couple of weeks ago, the food was virtually inedible. Maybe it was an off night, or maybe the place has changed cooks, but it truly sucked.

My previous post was about women. This is just general info.

I flew in from Cebu using Asian Spirit. Try to get a seat on the left side and you'll get a good view of CDO as you come in for landing. The airport is a small rinky dink place. Keep an eye on your bags. As someone said earlier the taxi should be about 120 pesos into town if you use the meter. I shared the ride with a guy I met on the plane and we paid 100 each. The taxi took us over the “new” bridge which seemed to have some nice restaurants overlooking the river. I never made it back to this area so not sure about that. In town, near the old bridge, are a few floating restaurants. I had a light meal and beer at one of them and wasn’t particularly impressed. I was there before sunset and there were few other customers. Might be better to see what’s happening in the evening.

I stayed at the Dynasty at 2000 pesos a night. My room was nice but facing the disco so it was noisy. It wasn’t too much of a problem for me because both nights I retired late after a few beers. The breakfast buffest was a bit disappointing. I like the breakfast buffet at Holiday Plaza in Cebu (Ramos Ave.) One of the receptionists at the Dynasty is 5’9, pretty rare for a Filipina. Another, cute and wearing braces is apparently engaged.

GE and Mahku (and others?) have given good reports in the past. I found the Italian restaurant that someone had recommended and found it excellent. Great place for a date. I think it was GE that recommended “the site” which is a little way out of town. I went past this, had already eaten and didn’t stop. It certainly looked interesting. Wish I had longer vacations!

My second day I hit the beach with a date (met online), but the water wasn’t very pleasant. I think the best option is to get out to Camiguin Island. I think you can fly there directly from Cebu. Trying to get there by boat from CDO involves getting a ride out of town. Not sure of the details.

As someone mentioned before it is relatively clean and safe. I really hated the taxis though. As in most Philippine cities many taxis will beep their horn at foreigners. I guess they assume foreigners don’t know what taxis look like and don’t know how to wave a taxi down. So they make this extra effort for our benefit. So kind of them. Now, in large noisy cities like Manila and Cebu this is usually a minor irritant. But in CDO where the roads are narrower, the streets are quieter, I found myself getting really pissed off. I don’t need every other car passing me to blast its horn at me. I made it a point not to take taxis that did this to me. I also got in the habit of just staring at the offender. We’d make eye contact…they’d slow down, sometimes coming to a complete stop…I’d give them my best look of contempt and continue on my way. Walking is good exercise.

Atached is a picture of Gaston Park which is in the south part of town, one block from Dynasty Hotel and very near the "old bridge". There was a bunch of girls giggling and flashing me some friendly smiles here, but they were probably high school age. I also went to the church (both pics) which makes great use of natural light and air. If you go to CDO and do as I did, you will most certainly need to confess a few sins.

I spent two nights in CDO in March.

I arrived in CDO with a list of ladies I had met online. Some were from CDO and some were from Iligan, which is two hours away. Generally I don’t make any promises and don’t tell them when I’m coming. In retrospect, it’s probably better to get ladies warmed up a bit more before arrival.

As for my first choice, I texted her from Cebu saying I was in Cebu. I didn’t tell her that I had scheduled a flight the next day for CDO. She responded with a testy text about how I should enjoy the girls in Cebu. Hmm, overly sensitive and judgemental. I scratched her from the list.

Another option was in Iligan and looked really hot on cam. I was a bit wary though because sometimes this “student” was online at 2am. She said she was a computer programming student and was working on computer projects late into the night, but I had my doubts. When I called she was apparently at home with a bunch of friends. Sounded like a large group of ladies…unfortunately this never worked out. She said she had no money for the trip. I said I’d be happy to reimburse her after she arrived. Then she wanted to bring a friend. I just let it go and eventually she texted asking me for load. I guess she spent so much money at Net Cafes she had no money left for other things.

The girl I eventually met the first day was tall and slim. She was attractive, but nothing exceptional. Unfortunately she was a bore. First I suggested we meet at Bo’s Coffee (the Starbucks of the Visayans). There is only one Bo’s in CDO. She didn’t know where it was. When we met I asked about beaches, but she knew nothing. Couldn’t swim either. I asked her about restaurants. She said the restaurant she liked was Jollibee. Later she talked a bit about her friend and I suggested we could meet the friend. The friend’s home was a long jeepney ride away. I suggested that she text the friend and let her know that a foreign guy would soon be showing up at her door. “Not necessary”. Well, we get to the friend’s house at 2pm in the afternoon and friend is upstairs sleeping. Duh! So, hang out for a while as friend showers and gets ready. Friend lives in a large, but very simple home. The toilet and shower (faucet and a bucket) are outside.

The three of us go to the floating restaurant in the late afternoon, mostly for a drink. No customers a bit of a bore. It might be more interesting in the evening. We end up at my room and the friend (bless her soul) is pushing my “date” to get closer, get in bed with me. My “date” does lean on me, but when I try to hold her, or touch her, she pushes me away. Eventually, I tell them I’m tired and want to nap. End of date.

The next day this girl texts me a good morning message. I decide I’ll try something different and contact someone else on my list. Day Two’s date meets me in the lobby of the hotel and when I suggest coffee at Bo’s, she says, “Oh, I love Bo’s”. This girl is mid-twenties, much cuter than her online picture indicated, but still a student. There are also several signs which indicate she’s middle class, maybe upper middle class. When I ask about things to do in CDO, she has answers. When she mentions “beach” I jokingly say, “Let’s go.” She says, “yes.” So, thirty minutes after meeting we’re in a taxi on the way to a beach resort she knows of. Things are going so much better than the previous day’s date and they quickly get better in the taxi. She’s touching me and hitting me when I tease her. Yeah, she initiates physical contact…if I play it cool I know where that ends up…

We end up at some resort, which is past a place called Coconut resort, which is listed in Lonely Planet. First thing I notice is that the restaurant bar area has a GRO help wanted ad posted. Might be interesting to come out in the evening. Unfortunately, I don’t remember the name and it is quite a way out of town. The taxi driver asked for 300 pesos. We called him later on when we wanted a ride back into town….another 300 pesos. On the way we pass a place called “The Site” which GE has described before.

The beach “resort” itself was nice especially since we were the only customers. There were picnic tables and a ping pong table. There was a little row boat there and we took it out for a bit. As the afternoon wore on there was some light touching and kissing. I was the one to initiate, but also the one to stop…I wanted to keep the sexual tension high.

We left the resort shortly after sunset and ate in town. We then went back to my room. I was a bit too bloated after eating to initiate any bedroom acrobatics so I kept things casual. Mostly we chatted…this girl was a talker. Eventually she picks up her bag and says she has to go. I give her a goodbye kiss, but this time there is no way I’ll be the first to stop. Very quickly there is tongue action and heavy breathing. When I bring my hand up from her waist to her breast ….she drops her bag and stiffens…and suddenly seems transformed. In the airport, things are running a little late and I’m not sure if I’m in the right place. I ask a woman (thirtyish) if she’s also on her way to Cebu. She answers and then says, “BTW, I couldn’t help overhearing you live in xxxville”. Huh? Turns out she was in the restaurant and overheard me talking to the little cuty. Wow, small world. This lady has an ex husband in xxxville and expects to travel there (here) in the near future. We exchange emails. Life is good.

Arrived to Sabang using the SIKAT Bus from the City State Tower hotel on Mabini st. in Ermita.The Bus departs at 9:00 am daily.The R/t ticket cost 1200PhP.Upon arriving to Batangas port,you connect with a big outrigger boat,which takes you directly to Sabang.The one we took was named the Blue Pinguin.The whole trip takes around 4-5 hours.

Checked in at the Big Apple Dive Resort.My girlfriend and I stayed in a big room,with fridge,Aircon,TV, two double beds.Damage=1600PhP per nite.This hotel is centrally located,and is within walking distance of all the nightly attractions,bars,and restaurants.It has a nice swimming pool,two pool tables,24-hours bar,decent food,friendly staff,and the receptionist Rebecca,who is a very helpful and attentive.There are 4 go-go places in town.Sabang disco,Philippine Village Disco,Sunset Disco,and a fourth one which I cannot recall the name.I found the quality/looks of the girls superior to those of Angeles.

I did not BF any of the girls,as I had my GF with me.I did though,had fun at the clubs,while my GF was waiting for me in the room.Needless to say,my GF from Leyte,kept me happy for four days/nights.She is a wonderful lady,and I believe I had the most beautiful girl in Sabang.Totally GFE.,and as they call them in this forum,a freebe.

well gentlemen the spamhog is up to his old tricks again, catting around in strange cities with even stranger women, thought I would clue some of you into CDO city which has been mentioned here from time to time, I think Good enough actually worked in this place years ago and he mentioned the untapped (pun intended) resources of the hairy triangle variety that abound in this city.
I was treated to a world class tour of the underbelly by a former flame who I recently contacted again after telling her I would be in town for a few days shall we reminince about old times and can you still suck a golf ball through a garden hose? (Yes to both).

Lets call her Sweetie, 30 Years old, never had a kid and tight, wet and willing describes her. Sweetie has a bit of a local history and she and I go way back, having done a "double header" for me years ago, sweetie performs best with a few beers in her and if memory serves me well a glass of red wine puts her in the mood immediately. Sweetie took me on a tour of various clubs and nite spots she loves, everybody knew her and the waiters and bartenders gave us a good table and immediate service wherever we went.
First stop was excite night club on a friday night. Lots of people dancing and carrying on, problem is nobody shows up until 10 PM a few single ladies but mostly couples. Only one other foreigner in the crowd with what looked like his pen pal, a few single ladies dancing seductively and giving me the hot eye when I lead her out to the floor for a little ass shaking, Sweetie latched on to my arm to make sure all the girls understoood this was her exclusive property and any other ***** would get a beer bottle in the face for poaching her piece of meat for the night.

She is annoyed at all the "Bitches" giving me the eye and openly flirting with me. She explains that "Boyfriend stealers" are everywhere and she vows to fight off anyone who gets too bold. Sweetie says problem in this place is "too many cheap Bitches who fuck for P500" (lowering the prices no doubt) She also points out the lesian contingent, a group of about twenty or so "T birds" both manish looking dykes and pretty feminine types all dancing together at there regular table. Sweetie also says there are many "Byots and tomboys" in CDO and they are open about it.

The sexy grind contest lasts about half an hour with each young lady grinding her way to stardom in the dark smoky club, despite my encouragement and many San Mig down her throat, Sweetie will not enter. About midnight we leave again and the streets are filled with revelers.

Friday and saturday night they block off the main street, set up tents, sell beer, have a band playing it looks like a block party, sweetie and I dash into a Chow King and three strange shapes loom in the shadows. One is a tall Byot with very long hair in a silk shirt, he and sweetie greet each other like old friends. The byot looks me over and smiles, two transvestites come out of the deeper recesses, these were almost bangkok style "ladyboys" very well dressed and from across the street you woul mistake them for real women, up close...welll I dont think Id ever be that drunk.

Sweetie explains that the Bayot is a Bogow (Pimp) for the other two (as if I needed that confirmation!) they are looking for drunk foreigners, she claims they will deliver their services and are not rip offs or theives like some TV's.
But I thought I would post this as a warning, I could see some poor bastard drunk making a terrible mistake.

On the way back to the hotel sweetie takes me past "Bada bing" a nightclub where you can barfine. She says she would go in with me to see if some of her friends are working but women are not allowed in there regardless unless they are working...keeps out the angry wives and girlfriends. Across the street however is On Tec, where she knows the manager, sweetie drags me in and sits me down for the floor show which is mainly "uba uba" dancing (semi naked) a few girls come out, dance and strip down to their panties. One or two flash me the beaver. Sweetie is liquored up enough not to mind and I ask her if we can take one of her "friends" back to the hotel room for a double...she hesitates a minute and says none of these girls will do that.

It was the wrong thing to say, coz now sweetie got an attitude and we walk back to the hotel room in a hushed demeanor. Sweetie claims to be too drunk to fuck, wont take a shower and falls on the bed I lift up her skirt depants her and go to work, shes pissed and sometimes a pissed off drunken fuck can be the best in the world.

I leave CDO the next morning bound for Cebu and out of the country for a few days. But I have to admidt that I enjoyed myself for the brief time I spent in CDO. I saw very few foreigners there, most I saw were accompanied by a lady, most places and bars I went, I was the only white guy, despite that, people were very nice and no problems.

Hotels run about P800 for a "delux" which means the cockroaches put on a floorshow and you get toilet paper and a double bed...two singles pushed together. Everything else is cheap, real cheap.

I recently spent some time in Sabang and wanted to share this experience with all of you.

Although there are 5 gogo bars in Sabang alone, they are really not that good for the mongering experience. Here is some of the highlights (lowlights) as to why:

The ladies drinks are 200 - 250 pesos each: Mamasans are very pushy. The minute you say hello to a girl, the mamasan will come up to you and say "you must buy her a ladies drink!" and be very pushy about it. They even try to get you to buy them ladies drinks as well. This was especially true of the Broadway Disco. Not a nice place.

Barfines: expect to pay 1000 pesos for the barfine AND 1000 for the girl.

I barfined a girl from Broadway. Her name is Laya and I want you all to be aware of this girl. She will flirt endlessly with you and show you her tonguestud and wiggle her eyebrows a lot. But after you barfine her, she wants to go to all the other bars till all hours of the morning spending more money, introducing you to her other friends (who expect you to buy a ladies drink for them too). Then (surprise surprise) she is very tired by the time she gets back to your room.

She doesn't want to shower. She takes off her clothes and wants you to go down on her...longer and longer and longer, and when you try to get her to give you a bj, she doesn't want to, even though she's been nodding her head all night about it and playing with her tonguestud, swirling it around her lips. anything you get will be substandard with hesitation and complaining.

Now the scary part...as she is finally relenting into letting you (!) have full service - covered, she reaches around and pinches your member so that it hurts like hell. It spoils the mood completely and then she wants to go to sleep. I finally kicked her out. In my case, I found out after she left, that her pinch actually resulted in breaking the skin. I was bleeding slightly on the underside of my dick close to my urinary opening.

Stay away from Laya and the Broadway Disco in Sabang.

Sits in the Mindanao Sea about 20 km off the north coast of mainland Mindanao,this tiny island of Camaguin {"cam-ee-gin"} is one of my personal favourite tourist spots, it offers ivory beaches, beautiful pools and lagoons, and undulating scenery. Adventure is provided by good scuba diving, trekking and mountain climbing, well you do have seven volcanoes to choose from, the best being Mount Hibok-Hibok. Camaguin also has a mulitude of hot springs, a submerged cemetery for divers to explore near the coastal town of Bonbon, a natural soda water spring, and 35 resorts, most in the northern half of the island.
Another of the major tourist attrations is the annual Lanzones festival, held in the fourth week of October. You have just a few days to book your holiday to the Philippines to go watch this festival, revellers dressed only in Lanzone leaves, dance and parade around in a tribute to this humble fruit, one of the islands major sources of income.
The festival is one of the liveliest and most welcoming in the Philippines, and this on an island famous for the friendliness of its people. Camaguin is also peaceful and spiritual, locals are proud of their faith { Catholic }.
As Camaguin is not that big, it really does not matter where you stay, you can easily visit all the sights. There is a 70km coastal road, which can be circled in one day, the interior is rugged, those seven volcanoes make for excellent climbing.
Ferries from Balingoan, around 80km northeast of Cagayan de Oro {the city of Gold}, arrive at Benoni on the southeast coast. Several jeepneys run every day from Benoni to Mambajao, the busy little capital on the north coast, some of the resorts have a meet and greet service and will pick you up.

Mambajao has a tourist office where you can inquire about accomodation and climbing Hibok-Hibok,there are also a few banks, where the service is slow and rates are low, best to make sure you carry enough peso or dollars with you.
The closest beach too Mambajao is Cabu-An close to the barangay of Balbagon, there is some good coral close to the shore and around six reasonable resorts. Agohay beach, 7km west of Mambajao, has a few resorts also, and is the best place to base yourself for walks into the islands interior.There is a marked trail to Katibawasan Falls, journey time of around two hours on foot, but well worth it, to see the beauty of the stream plunging over the rocky cliff into a deep pool, this pool is wonderful for a cooling swim. The trail is marked but it is still possible to get lost so its best to hire a guide.
The vulcanologists who monitor mount Hibok-Hibok are very happy to give you an insight into their work, and too show a few spectacular photographs of past eruptions,they can be found at Philvocs (mon-fri, 9am-4pm). Three kilometres in from the barangay Tagdo you will find the Ardent Hot Spring (daily 9am-10pm; 20 peso)around one hour on foot from Agohay beach. These springs are very hot, being heated by the volcanic interior of Mount Hibok-Hibok, they reach temperatures of 40c.The best time to visit is in the evening when its dark, you can sit in one of the pools with a cold drink and gaze at the stars {heavenly}. There is a good restaurant, a coffee shop and simple accommodation in small cottages.
Mount Hibok-Hibok is the only active volcano, and at a height of 1,250m it can be climbed in a day, but this is a strenuous climb, the trail crosses some very steep slopes and treacherous rocks.. you should not attempt this alone you can hire a guide for around 1,000 peso, most resorts have a list. The most common approach is through the barangay Esperanza, you will see hot pools and steam vents along the way, at the top there is a crater lake, the views are unforgetable, the coast of Mindanao to the south and the Visayas to the north.
One of Camaguins most popular attractions is White Island, which is not really an island at all, more an extended sand bar that is only visible at low tide, approach is made by banca, a very short hop from the local resorts. Situated between Mambajao and Bonbon the sea and views are beautiful, but there is no shade. so be careful.

Last time I went to Davao I asked SEAIR about flights south, and I seem to remember them saying they didn't fly to Mindanao, but soon would. Maybe the conversation was about Davao specifically and my old, alcohol addled brain misfired.
When I went to the SEAIR website they listed Mindanao cities, but the links were dead. I just assumed...

It is a medium sized City that is the regional capital of Western Visayas,It is laid back but has a couple of International standard hotels 1 five star and 3 4 stars,It has a couple of Malls like 3 SM malls and is basically your average medium sized city.Nightlife is kinda tame compared to AC,Manila or Cebu more like Davao,Hope this helps,I will actually be there next month Cheers

Just got back from Boracay this morning, so I will write the essentials now while still fresh in my head.

More Girls there this time. Although seems like the core group didn't change. I distinctly remembered faces. Took a 20yr old hottie for 1.5 P Isabelle. She immediatly asked for another 500 P, but I thought 1.5 P was plenty as she was crap in the sack. The next night took another, much more energenic and gave 2 P. .Abbey. a bit more for a good performance, but she also asked for another 500P. Seems that's the proceedure.

Took both from Cocomongas which seems to have a younger crowd than summer place which is tourist heavy. Heads up: Also more "alternative" type women at Cocomongas.
