The KTV Scene. Well well well.

The KTV scene is not for everyone due to its price-gouging and many peripheral costs that add up to one gigantic bill. If you are here for a one-off session, you can prepare to fork out Brix level of prices.

If your answer is yes to all the following questions, then the KTV scene may be for you!

1) Are you tired of fucking girls that are reluctant and provide bad service?

2) Do you want to spend hours of foreplay with a girl and make the girl want to have sex with you rather than the other way round?

3) Do you like singing or socializing?

4) Do you have a local companion / guide to go with you?

5) Do you drink very little?

6) Are you sick of paying endless ladies' drinks and not getting what you want?

The answer to the last question is in fact the most pertinent one because of my philosophy: If you are going to a KTV, you are going there for the girls, not the drinks. If you want to drink, go to the most drinking places in Singapore and not the KTV, because the KTV will be more expensive (if you drink beer like you drink water.).

The Thais mainly operate as Freelancers, in Geylang, in massage parlours (sparingly) and in what I call "[Deleted by Admin]" Thai Discos (ah the poison that is Thai Discos).

What makes a good KTV? There are 3 main criteria:

1) Price: The lower end joints are already charging ridiculously overpriced alcohol, but there will always be another place which charges even higher prices.

2) Playability: AKA how much you play in the room?

-Low Playability: Brightly lit rooms, No kissing, arms over shoulder or waist ONLY, drinking and playing of drinking games only, girls will look down on you and walk out if you get too hands-on.

-Med Playability: Brightly lit rooms, No frenching (unless chemistry is there), can insert your hands in to touch the breast (Generally), can kiss (Generally, depends on girl), hands ALL over thigh.

-HIGH playability: Dim rooms, french, top and bra off, sitting on top of you so you can grind (think lap dance), boob-grabbing, boob-licking, frenching (depends on girl), hands all over body, rub pussy over panties, unzipping of pants, rubbing of penis.

-Super-high playability: Dark rooms, high playability, Handjob (50, depends on girls), Blowjob (100, depends on girls), Fuck in room (200, Increasingly rare, maybe if you are a repeat customer).

3) Butterfly Rate: There are two types of KTV systems in Singapore. One is the booking system, whereby you book the girl for the entire KTV session. The butterfly system works this way: Your girl will sit with you for awhile (10 to 20 minutes), then "butterfly" to other rooms, before coming back to you.

Pros and Cons of Booking System.

Pros:

1) For your entire session, you will have a companion with you. If your girl disappears for some time, you can seek redress. (More on this later).

2) Only really beautiful girls thrive in a booking system, so you have the best of the best.

3) Plenty of time to build a good relationship or ply her with alcohol so that you have the best time of life in the hotel later.

Cons:

1) Expensive: it costs 300 dollars to book a girl.

2) After you have chosen a girl, you are stuck with the girl even if later you realise she is not your cup of tea. If you want to change girls, you must be prepared to fork an amount for the current girl and pay another amount for the second girl.

3) Playability for girls under the booking system is LOW, no exceptions. These girls take pride in this. They may go to the hotel with you, but in the KTV room itself, there isn't any hanky panky going on. They treat their workplace as some high-class joint.

Pros and cons of Butterfly System.

Pros:

1) You can have multiple girls and have fun with all of them. While one girl is butterflying, another is with you.

2) Playability can range from Med to Super-High in the butterfly system.

3) It's only 50 per girl! (And some other tricks are embedded in this too, will share in new posts).

Cons:

1) If you choose a really pretty girl, then be prepared to have lots of lull periods as every single mofo will also choose the girl so she will be running many many rooms. (there're ways to go around this. Will share in future post).

There are 3 types of KTVs (Generally Speaking).

2) Medium end joint: This is the one that I am focusing on the most. In fact I will write a standalone post on this. There is a 'Mummy' in these joints (Tip 50) and you have to tip waiters too ($20), this is the one where you can get the most bang for your buck. Girls' tip is 50.

3) Low-end joint: Butterfly system. Cheapest alcohol, no "mummy". No need to tip waiters (Some still do, [Deleted by Admin]). No Mummy means the girls will take the initiative to offer to join the room. Girls' tip is $30, even $20. It is quite an experience as the girls range from 3 to 9 in quality. Read a few reports on massage parlours.

There are a few different types of massage parlours in Singapore:

The completely clean joints: High end parlours (think ridiculous prices like 100 to 150 per hour for a body massage) with absolutely no hanky panky, some joints even have spa packages for women. The others are run by old experienced masseuse that don't tease at all, just a good hard rub to relieve the stress in your joints.

Quasi-clean joints: The lady boss doesn't know there is hanky-panky, some masseuses are completely clean, but, some will give you a discreet handjob (you can choose to tip $50, or if you sense that you have good rapport with the masseuse you don't have to tip at all), and some, if you opt for prostate massage, will tease you (think light touches, brushes against your balls and so on) to make you return.
