In Singapore, Phase 2 starts today. However, bars, night clubs will still be closed. No idea when they will be allowed to open.The Government tracks and publishes the Virus statistics on a daily basis. If things stay under control for next few weeks, the bars will be allowed to open.

Anyone in Singapore heard anything when places like OT an Brix and others will get back to operation? A few regulars I know (Pinay) aren't in contact with me since at the beginning I didn't send any money. I'm normally a goodwill spender when I come down there, and know the game, but as I tried to explain to one, while there I have an independent stream of cash, and back home it would be difficult to go to the bank and withdraw money and send it WU since the better half kept watch over everyplace I went. Also, Singapore being Singapore, I didn't want too much of a paper trail, especially when one regular informed me that she was "black balled" from WU and I would need to send money to her room mate at another bank, etc.

I digress, just looking to see when things may get back open, so I can try to plan a few business related trips there.

That thing may be done immediately or may take few days time. It's better to get preactivated one by sending your KYC details while ordering.

Yes true, but for sim you would need to provide your KYC documents and identity cards to get an activated card delivered to you. Since for mongering purpose most people are always looking to avoid that hence SIM is not feasible option.

There are around 3 locations in 2nd line of USA, Canada and of Britain in I am sure. And equally same in Text Now. US number is available in most cases.
