Lucky Plaza is definitely worth a look for both girls and changing money. Sunday is the best day for hunting as virtually every maid in Singapore has this day off. They are usually paid at the end of the month and typically make SG $600-700 monthly. Last or first Sunday of the month it will be full of girls sending money home to their families, other Sundays it's socialising. Hang around and smile at the talent and they will often approach you. Note that many of them are virtual prisoners the rest of the week as their employers won't let them leave the house, especially overnight.

A good place to pick up an amateur who wants to supplement her meager income but be aware she may not be able to stay very late.

Don't know about "agreed rule", but it seems that ST generally means that once you've popped, the session is all but finished. Perhaps you were lucky to get an hour out of her?

There is no such rule where you have to pay upfront. If the girl insists that payment be made first, just tell her to leave. Girls like that will not give you a good experience since it will be their intent to finish the job as soon as possible and then leave.

Cut your loss if this happens and you are better off finding another one.

If it's the new Raffles Arcade at the just re-opened Raffles Hotel, forget about it, this will charge premium rates because of the sort of guests who stay at Raffles.

There is a Raffles City shopping plaza underneath the Fairmont and Swissotel complex, which sits on top of the City Hall MRT station, and there's a small 'hole in the wall' money changer when you come down the escalators from the hotels, he is where I go every time I stay at the Fairmont because the rates are decent but also again it's just convenience, you would not bother making your way there if you were not nearby, the cost of MRT or Grab plus the cost of your time would not be worth it.

Yes, I'd suggest Chinatown is your go-to here, and maybe the dodgier the shop the better the chance it will have what you seek. I find older Asian woman are pretty good, they know what a guy likes and are a bit less "stuck up", and sometimes they're not getting much attention at home or are separated and so they are up for all sorts of extras.
