There is a discussion about his maybe two years back. I made an appointment at the International Clinic in Itaewon. Can't remember the Dr's name, but he wrote me a prescrption for Levitra. Total visit cost was W50000. Used the prescription at my local pharmacy. Cost something like W11000 a tablet. Was well worth it. Only difference is they don't do re fills. Go to Itaewon and walk out of the station towards the fire station. Keep following the main road past the Rocky Mountain Tavern and the Itaewon Hotel (which should be on the opposite side of the road to you).
