Found an old report from 2012 on this site I copied and pasted below, enjoy.

Nico's Directions to Yong Joo Gol: "Well if you are coming from Seoul the best and cheapest way would be subway, train then taxi in that particular order. You would get on the subway and navigate to the green line which is line 2. Take that line and get off at the Ehwa Womens University stop. Stop #241. Then come above ground and look for signs that will lead you to the train station. Or politely ask someone. It's called Sinchon Station. Take the train north until you get to the town of paju. It's the stop after Wollong. If you miss the stop you can still get off at the next stop which is Munsan. I know for a fact that it's only 10, 000 won for a taxi to Yong Joo Gol from there. But Paju is closer if your coming from seoul. Then just find a taxi and tell the driver Yong Joo Gol.

Train costs 1200 won.

Subway costs 600 won.

Taxi cost is negotiable.

Has anyone been to Yong Ju Gol in Paju, Gyeonggi Province, (an hour drive up from Seoul?) I went there 10 years ago and thought it was by far the best, many more girls and although the range was varied (some fatties and uglies along with some stunners) the service was so much better than 588, they were GFE like and really gave much better unrushed value. I went with some korean natives and it was a bit scary for me since we passed through various miltary checkpoints along a very country like area with nothing around LOL. I heard this is the largest and most popular RLD now and with the other ones near seoul dying down I was wondering if people still go up here? Apparently its not foriegner friendly (which is ironic, since that village was brought forth during the korean war at camp casey to provide services for the Gi's) but being a korean american I shouldn't have a problem getting in. The problem is I'd have to take a cab up there, and I have no idea how much that would cost round trip AND unsure if the cab would wait for me or if there will be a bunch of cabs waiting for me to take me back? If anyone can shed some light on the cab situation (if its feasible) to go up to Yong Ju Gol I'd really appreciate it. If it costs close to 100,000 won just to get up there one way probably not worth it then obviously since I could go to a top end Anma for 250,000 won, but I enjoyed this RLD the most, the girls would chase after you and grab you and you feel like a celebrity haha.

Found another red light area that I have not seen mentioned.

Yeongdeungpo station. There area is right behind Times Square Mall. It is small and the girls were just arriving at 6pm on Saturday. If you circle the block there are older ladies that were foreigner friendly, but it looked really run down.

Suwon Station. Across from main station on the left. This is a great area for foreigners and many girls to choose from. Price is 50-70, 000 though I wonder what the Koreans are paying because I heard 30, 000 when I was walking by during a negotiation.

Cheongnyangni Station. Block left of Station. This is a 50/50 foreigner friendly area and the more attractive girls tend to ignore westerns. I like the area because I usually find at least 3 cute girls that are willing. It is very funny when the A row girls try to get 210000, but price is normally 70, 000.

Cheonho Station. Little harder to find, but directions can be searched for. A lot of girls and they share windows. I went on a weekday evening and did not have many offers.

Gireum Station. Take exit 10. Prices have been raised to 80, 000/90, 000. This area is foreigner friendly but very different from the other areas. I older lady will DRAG you to a black window and open it. She makes you step inside and there you can see several girls to choose from. It is very difficult to leave without picking, but it can be done if you do not see anything you like. Sometimes she will try to lead you to a room and then pick a girl for you. I was able to switch when one I didn't like showed up. Service here varies and often it has been very rushed with covered everything..

Pyeongtaek station. To the left of the station. Very big area and not at all foreigner friendly.

Koreans 'Biggest Clients of Prostitutes in Southeast Asia'

Koreans rank among the top clients of prostitutes in Southeast Asia, ahead even of Japanese and Chinese travelers, extensive research suggests.

The conclusion comes from research by the Korean Institute of Criminology that included field surveys in Vietnam, Thailand, Cambodia and the Philippines, study of UN reports and other relevant documents, interviews with local social workers and neighbors, and arrest records at local police stations.

According to the KIC, social workers in those countries claim that Korean tourists outnumber all other nationalities in terms of the frequency of their visits to prostitutes. There are no hard data to support those claims, but a tally of tourists who frequent bars linked to prostitution and accounts of sex workers appear to confirm them.

In the Philippines, for example, a total of 920, 000 Koreans visited in 2011, making them the biggest group of foreign visitors. Cambodia saw 340, 000 Korean visitors over the same period, also the biggest group except visitors from neighboring Vietnam. In Vietnam, Korean tourists make up the second largest group after Chinese.

In its 2010 report, the UN Office on Drugs and Crime said Korean men were the prime clients of child prostitutes in Cambodia, Thailand and Vietnam.

The USA State Department's annual report on [CodeWord908] also points to Korean men as being the main clients of child prostitutes in Southeast Asia and Pacific islands, and added that the Korean government has yet to crack down on offenders or attempted to curb the trend.

The KIC report speculates that the main cause of the situation is a lack of guilt among Korean tourists about paying for sex. A survey on 900 people by the institute in October last year found that 77. 7 percent were not aware that paying for sex overseas is an offence under Korean law, and 78. 5 percent thought their chances of getting punished were low.

Another cause of the problem, according to the report, is that tourists are frequently solicited to pay for sex. Korean tourists in their 20s and 30s are lured into purchasing tour packages involving prostitution on the Internet, while those in their 40s and 50s are approached by travel agents. Neither practice met with much restraint.

The KIC said many tourists do not go on trips aiming to pay for sex, but local tour guides take them to insalubrious establishments as part of the package.

Been Lurking here for mongering in other countries, posting here for the first time. I will be in Seoul on vacation for the next few weeks and looking for running buddies for room salons and booking clubs. I'm Korean American, and can speak Korean. Also looking for info on any herb to spice up the party.

It is well-understood in LA that "Korean spa" means the places that come up when you do a search (on google or yelp, etc.) for "Korean spa" "Los Angeles". It sounds like you are claiming that all those places have FS (otherwise they "would not exist" as you say). Are you sure? Are those the places you went to?

As for the USA forum, the percentage of quality FR's is very low. Very few talk about FS, and when they do, they leave out essential info (like price!). If they refer you to Backpage, that's like saying "google it", there are thousands of listings and you never know which place is the one they're talking about. I called a bunch of stuff advertized on Backpage with not-so-good results (like one place that just hung up on me, and another place that said I should call from my car while in the area and I don't have a car so they said no way, another with only old ladies, and another place that's HJ-only, no FS, etc.). I never said that there is no info about FS, just that useful FRs about Asian incall FS in LA are quite rare (as someone else seemed to confirm, below). Just an observation, YMMV.

Says who? There's a massage parlor thread in the LA forum and on the first page there's two posters reporting they had FS and BBBJ. These places would not exist in the USA if they did not offer special services. Everyone including LE knows the deal with them.

Anyone know what's going on with the Korean spas in Los Angeles? Supposedly, they have no "special services", but I'm wondering if they have such services (like FS) , but perhaps for Korean clients only, or only people they know. In China, there are a lot of spas that are very secretive about their services, so I'm wondering if the same thing is happening in LA.
