I haven't been out to Haeundae but I found a small RLD (15 - 20 glass houses) in Pusan besides Green street.

Directions:
Take the subway to the Bujeon-Dong station. Go to Exit #7 and walk to the top. Walk straight ahead to the intersection. Cross the intersection and look to your left. You should see some train tracks going over the road. If you dont see it then you went the wrong way. Íts the only one at the intersection. Walk about 50 meters ahead to the first road and turn right. Walk up the road about 15 meters and look to your left. You can't miss it.

The girls are dress similar to the girls at 588 in Seoul and not wearing the traditional Korean dress like the girls at Green street.

Be warned the girls are not Foriegner freindly.

Of course taxi drivers know of Green Street. Hop in any cab outside Busan station or on Texas Street and just ast for "Green Street".

Better yet, look in the archives for very accurate directions posted under my former nom-de-plume "Legend". Go to the report dated 20 January 2002, logged at 12.08. You will never need to waste mongering money on a cab driver again.

I will check out the RLD in Haeundae and post directions. I was at Haeundae Friday night but was occupied at the Marriot. There should be alot of action becasue the Pusan International Film Festival and the Busan Motor show are going on.

In Pusan for a few days I was looking for Red light District. In Haeundae (the eastern part of Pusan, Paradise, Mariott hotels) , I think it's definitvely no more a place for that. Everyone told me about Wun-wahl-dong. It's far away, West, after the fishery market. Many 'parlors', a little bit Bangkok style, but the window are directly on the street. About 30 houses, the girls are very different, from young and nice to old and ugly.

Price are about 70.000 won (1 hour) to 100.000 (2 times). Few of them speak english. I have visited twice a 25 years old girl, Mi Ju, quite nice, slim, very clean; I even get a kiss (quite difficult with Korean girls). Good experience.

(2) i second hondaman's call for intel on the (fabled) haeundae beach rlds. i recently stayed one night in the area, caught the airport shuttle bus to gimpo on my departure. i kept my eyes peeled while the shuttle bus traversed the hotel district and eventually exited haeundae. i saw some side streets that seemed like they could be areas for night-time fun. i can't read hangul and don't know any other "wink-wink, nudge-nudge, know-whatta-mean" codes other than the double barber shop pole. i'm aware of the play available on texas and green streets, but the hotels i prefer are located in haeundae beach. i've already taken in to consideration that lobby bars of any of the haeundae hotels are probably hunting grounds as well.

Back in Pusan again and looking for fun at Haeundae still. Does anyone know the skinny on the Marriott there at Pusan. The nightclub/bar in the basement has a few Russian Girls that seem to be in groups. I was hesitant to approach since the "group" intimidated me. Does anyone know if play can be had there? If so, how much and how is the "game" played? Thanks.

The first map (Busan Tourist map) is correct. The red circled area is T-street.

Texas street is easy to located because it's located directly accross from the Busan Train Station along the subway line.

If your looking to get laid, I'd suggest you skip over the Juicy girls on T-street and go to Green street, because, besides being less expensive, you'll have much larger selection of girls.

A while back, I was living in Changwon. I frequented many of the barbershops. I had some really interesting experiences there.

First of all a little Korean language ability goes a long way. Otherwise, be brave take the plunge and remember to always bring your own condoms. Anytime you are walking around late at night say 2 AM and you see a barber`s pole twirling give it a shot and inquire how much it cost.

I was paying 60,000 won for FS and a fairly decent massage.

If you talk to the women and treat them with respect, it also goes a long way.

I had a few freebies. The wonders of taking women out to dinner at places other than Macdonalds and Delkies.

By the way if you happen to be around Changwon, check out the area around the Daedung Department store, or the little red light district near the hotels. Plenty of action, but also plenty of drunken Koreans.

Sex Toys in the “Land-of-the-Not-Quite-Right”

Interesting experience. I mail ordered some fairly average vibrators from http://ww3.sextoysex.com/sex/start/sex.html?a=sextoys . I had no idea that this stuff was “illegal” here in Korea. It was a small order, the 3 toys cost about $35 all together, and the shipping was about another $35.

My package was inspected by Korean customs at the Fed-X depot in Incheon, and the order was refused for entry as “illegal or contraband items”.

However, I know of little sex shops here in Korea that sell really terrible looking hard plastic contraptions that I would not use on a Billy Goat, let alone on my Korean wife. My “favorite” Korean sex shop toy, surely a candidate for the “Not-Quite-Right” award, looks like a very realistic corn on the cob. It is powered by 220 Volts AC (Oh yeah, I’m gonna play with that in moist areas ! !) and it costs 200,000KRW.

In a telephone exchange with the commie-wannabe in Incheon, the customs guy, in perfect Konglish, explained to me that “these things illegal, contraband, subversive, unnatural”.

Hell, I’m 54 and my lovely Eastern Dove is 48, you would think that we are mature enough to make our own decisions about what to play with.

Have any of you had similar experiences here in almost-communist South Korea?

I just walked around Haeundae and couldn't find any Red Light District. I took a walk from the Paradise hotel, up the street and made a left toward Haeundae Train Station....continued to walk until I got to Queens Hotel, made another left toward the ocean and the Haeundae Grand Hotel, then made another left toward TGI and McDonalds, then back to Paradise...

During my recon, I could understand the massage places with the korean characters. I also saw a few girls walking alone, early 20's down some of the long streets between Queens Hotel and the beach, where all the love yogwan's are at. I was wondering if anyone knows if those girls are "working girls". They dressed normally enough but I found it unusual to see young girls walking around love motels - alone and not looking in a rush out of the area.

I'm looking for the Red Light District in Haeundae that i've read about in past posts and in the archives. All references I could find to location is "behind the mcdonald's near the beach"...I walked the entire area and couldn't find a thing.

Can anyone give me solid directions to get to Haeundae's RLD? Does it even exist now? Also, do the "love yogwan" in the area also provide services? I'm too shy to ask since my Korean plainly sucks.

Also, if anyone has turkey bath info for Haeundae, I'd be appreciative of info.

I'll also try asking some of the Casino people. I've been there a few times in the past few days and they are getting to know me.

Lastly, I see that there appears to be a nice bar at the Marriott next door - Murphy's. Does anyone know if ladies work the bar there at all?
