I found it. But before reading further, it should be known that all the booths had curtains closed and lights off. There were hand-written signs at regular intervals taped to the glass doors saying that because of the corona virus the government had mandated that they not operate. (Guess being technically illegal wasn't enough for the government to mandate that.)

From yeongdeungpo station, there are a few ways to get there, some of which I haven't explored. One way is to take exit 6, which leads to an underground shopping arcade. Wind through that to exit 2 of the arcade (not exit 2 of youngdeungpo station). When you come out you'll see in front of you the sinsaegae department store handicapped parking and bays 1,2, and 3 for those car elevator parking things they have here. Take that left. The area starts in 75-100 meters.

I got there an hour before sunset and there was no indication of anything happening. I thought about hanging around to see if any ajumas would emerge to lead me around back to skirt the restrictions. But in the end I just decided to try another day. Thanks for the info. Now I'll know where to go when that day comes.

Was trying to find some relief for aching muscles along with some fun. Tried searching for Belle and cool massage places in Gangnam. Went to the google location but found nothing there.

Just cleaning up a mistake. If Nana is the same girl, check the bar under the Uzbek restaurant, not Turkish. Got my countries crossed. She works very randomly, and rents the place by herself.
