Someone I knew ended up in Apple not long ago. He was drunk, and is a blackout drunk. When he came to, he was in handcuffs in the police station, under arrest for sexual assault. The provider at Apple had made a video of him with his little sailor hanging out and carefully choreographed a scene from which (assuming the venue and circumstances were different) improper sexual contact could be deemed to have occurred, and called the cops. This had all the makings of a simple shake-down, but things went south very quickly. For starters, the police on the expectation of holding him sent a notice home with the relevant details; the wife was not amused. Then, although with the prodding of the police he coughed up a very substantial settlement to the girl, that just resulted in eliminating the threat of a civil suit. The Prosecutor's Office nevertheless pursued criminal charges. Initially, it looked as if that would be pleaded out with a relatively minor charge, fine and jail time suspended, but the line prosecutor was over-ruled and instructed to take the matter to trial. Someone in the prosecutor's office also leaked all the details to several newspapers and broadcasters, all of whom published reports, which were embellished with allegations of things that never happened. Although the press did not publish his name, it also obviously was disclosed, as his employer received calls for comment. They kept mum, but fired him.

I also have received information from an informed and credible source that, the play having worked so well, the same provider even more recently has sprung it on another punter.

Went to King Club last Friday night only to check things out (I haven't been there in ages and is not one of my favorite places anyway! I went with my friend. I tried to chat with her and she replied: sorry I no English!. Which I don't believe it. Anyway. After my friends and I couldn't take our eyes from her she even had more of that. Last Thursday I was walking around and unexpectedly saw Soo-ae at Texas bar (new one, formerly Evergreen), not hill proper but near the bottom around the corner. Well, her problem was that we was over-plastic. Hard to explain, but you know when you see some Korean girls who had "too much" of surgery feeling?

So multiply it by x 100 (I am only half joking).

She had decent body though in my opinion. Slim with tattoos on the back. Sorry, do not really remember boobs size.

Another bad part is that she did not put any effort in to it. Its always turns me down, when it feels like I am forcing girl to do her job.

Also I saw on another forum that guy got another girl (without tattoos) from the same ads, which means its obviously agency and you get what they have.

My advice. Pass her and try something else.

With lack of Korean language. Try other "open" agencies (who are not pretending to be individual girls) & anma.

So I had / am having an interesting experience and I want to find out if anyone has encountered anything similar. Here's the story:

Over the past few days, I somehow got the KakaoTalk ID of a "girl" who I'm guessing is actually a shop manager or pimp. I can't recall where I got it (either a Korean website or a social app, but I've been digging around a lot recently and just can't recall where this one came from). In Korean, I sent a message to this account just saying Hello,. After some pleasantries, she asked if I wanted to meet. I said yes. She then laid out the following: 150,000 KRW for 3 hours with two shots or 300,000 for 10 hours overnight (didn't ask how many times because I'm not interested in 10 hours). At this point I asked for and received a couple of other photos. I also confirmed that foreigners are accepted. I can read and write Korean a lot better than I speak, so I didn't want it to be a surprise when I showed up and sounded like a doofus.

Then things got interesting. She asked what time I wanted to make an appointment. I told her and she said that in order to make an appointment, I needed to transfer 100,000 KRW to an account as a deposit. The other 50,000 KRW would be payable in cash at the appointment. Bank transfer is the norm here for moving money, so that method isn't weird, but I got a little nervous about my personal details being attached to this payment and told her as much. I said I would prefer to pay it all in cash and she said the deposit is necessary to make the appointment and that she would send me the shop location after receiving the transfer.

Has anyone encountered anything like this before? I'm not so much worried about risking the 100,000 KRW on a scam as I am on it potentially being LE.

This is bit of an old post, but just to help anyone who may read this, this is just about the most common scam run on call girls in Korea. They are not LE, but once you send them money, you will neither see the girl or the money ever again. NEVER, NEVER send money in advance. This is likely being run by the Korean speaking Chinese in Korea.
