I used to go to allot of room salons in my former job and my Korean is very good. Ever single time the charge is double for a foreigner. Your friend did not thing wrong and you did not either. My experience is while this girls are very beautiful 90% of the time they are horrible lays. Even at very high end salons where we dropped more than 5 million on drinking and my friends are regulars they still wanted to charge me double. Sorry about the double post earlier. But here's the detailed story.
