Whats up guys. I just moved to korea for work and have been here for the last 6 months. I want to try some of these kissing booths and massage parlors that I always hear about. What tends to happen to me is this, I go around to barber shops or anmas mainly. When I have a good time somewhere, I keep coming back to the same girl. It seems to me that what you're looking for is a kiss-bang. This translates into "kiss room" or "kissing place," rather than how an American might think of the English slang "to bang."

There's been some confusion on this board as to what a kiss-bang is (see posts 6615, 6605 and 6596). Some posters seem to believe that kiss-bangs are like sports massage places. I believe a kiss-bang is a room where you pay to make out with a girl. This can involve heavy petting, but the guy who works you there might tell you to keep things above the waist, outside the panties, no sex, or whatever other rules there are. Because the price is lower than most massage-type places, you can pretty much assume you're not going to be getting as much. However, as always, YMMV, and some guys jerk off or get jerked off (I think if they start talking about 80, 000KRW for an hour with oil, that's a sign). There's been some Korean press about how far some kiss rooms and hug rooms go, even to the point of the guys getting the girls for takeout. Regardless, if you just want to feel up boobies you should be fine at any kiss-bang. Ask the host for a girl with nice ones.

Some of the posts that talk about kiss-bangs in Hongdae are 6858, 6857, 6825, and 6815. For the ones described in post 6825, Koyangi's directions are pretty good.

For the first one, if you come out of Hongdae Ipgu station Exit #1 and make an immediate right, you would walk a short block and make the first left into a narrow street. The kiss-bang is at the end of the block on your right, on the second floor of a brick building. Alternate directions for the same place are to walk straight out of Exit #1 and walk one block, you would then make a right on the first large street and walk one block. The kiss-bang should be on the near-side far corner on your right, on the second floor in a brick building.

For the second one, you would walk out of Hongdae Ipgu Exit #8 and make an immediate right turn. At the first intersection with the small street, if U-turn left you will see that the road splits away from you. So make that left turn toward the fork, but take the right fork. Partway up the block on the right, there is a bluish / aqua facade for 7 Club or whatever the name is, on the second floor.

I stopped in both these places to check the rates and was quoted 40, 000KRW for 1/2 hr. 70, 000KRW for 1 hr at each. I don't know whether that 7 place is an image club, but I don't think so. I definitely didn't see any costumes on the two or three girls I saw walking around. They both seem to be pretty standard kiss-bangs, although that 7 Shop is a little nicer inside.

I can't think of the Vietnamese noodle place, so I'm not sure which place is described in post 6857.

Hey guys, I feel that this quote encapsulates most of the information about kiss bangs in this thread. But I have some things to add. Being a lurker for awhile and finding useful posts in here, I'll add in some stuff that hopefully someone finds helpful.

Bang means room in Korean. Kiss bang= kiss room. This is a place for kissing. Not for sex. If you walk around Sinchon and Hongdae, and other parts of Seoul, you will see cards on the ground that has the words kiss (in Korean, but this forum hates Korean typesetting) on them and they are for kiss bangs. They usually have a number.

As a background, I'm in my 20s, and Korean-American so your mileage might vary. I'm no longer in Seoul but I have frequented the 7 shop and one in Sinchon. There are actually quite a few kiss bangs in Hongdae and Sinchon, some are in plain sight (Sinchon). Furthermore, I know that the ones in Sinchon rotate girls (I was talking to the door guy last day in Korea) because they are a few hundred meters within each other. However, I'll comment on my experiences of the 7 shop and generalize + give some tips.

According to the door guy at the 7 shop, they accept foreigners with no problem (but he could have been just saying that.) There are 2 door guys (I think) based on what time you go. Operations are from like 10am to 4am? Or something like that. However, the girls who actually come in don't really until mid afternoon. The door guys are pretty nice and discreet, they try to hide all the "managers" or "agasshis" as they like to call them and also all the clients. So, you won't see any one else besides the door guy and no one will see you either. Furthermore, the girls also don't really see each other.

Furthermore, according to the door guy, the 7 shop is one of the oldest in the area (Hongdae) , and also one of the most popular. (There's also one in gangnam, based on their card but I haven't been here). Also, when I say door guy, I mean the guy you interact with for everything; reservation, payment, etc etc.

Prices: 40k won for 30 minutes. 70k won for 1 hour. If you decide to go 30 minutes, then decide later you want 30 more minutes, will be 80k. If you ask, you can also do 30minutes with one girl. 30 minutes with another girl, but I think it's just better to stick with the same girl. No negotiation on prices.

Procedure: You call them; I don't know if I'm allowed to post links or phone numbers, so google "blog naver gyo1515" and it should be on the first page of the google search, the one with blog. Naver. It phone number is on the page, looks like a phone number, the only number there.

*MAKE A RESERVATION* THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT. You call and make a reservation, it's important that you do. Yes, you can just walk on in but if you do you'll get whoever is free. The place itself has many variety of girls, so make a reservation, they'll ask what type you want and you tell them, they they'll give you a time you can come in (because the girls come in there).

The Girls: They will range from 5-10. (Really). Bodies will range from 6-10. Attitudes will range from 6-10. Ages will range from 20-30. I've been with one of the lower end, to in between, and also with who they call their "ace". She's hot. Like really really hot. (Basically Korean model). You want to ask for pretty and also one who has some boobs. Reasoning behind this is that most girls in Korea are skinny anyway so you want one with a pretty face and a chest. (You could end up with a pretty face no chest thats why you ask for it). But if you like skinny then to each their own. But saying pretty face is probably the most important.

What happens Door man leads you to a bathroom, and you brush your teeth. Then you go into the room he directs you to. You sit down and wait. Also, remember to treat the girl with respect and have manners. Many of them are trying to pay through school or help their family. Get to know them a bit and ask some questions, tell them they are pretty, etc. Try to speak Korean. It will get you a better service. This is very important because I don't think many foreigners have been able to frequent kiss bangs and I don't think many come here. Please don't ruin it for others by being rude, disrespectful, etc. If you want sex, this isn't the place.

As for other kiss bangs, they offer different services / prices (prices are very similar) but they'll tell you for the most part. In general, what I have written is what you would expect. However, some places in Sinchon and Hongdae will not allow you to touch breasts and only allow kissing. Check beforehand.

As always, take this advice with a grain of salt. As a Korean-American, I could have had different experiences. I hope this helped and I hope you guys enjoy them as much as I did.
