I've been in the heart of the RLD of Pyongteak the last few days. I've noticed something here, the girls are in glass houses, and the men are in cars is this the same thing as street work back in America? Difficult to be honest about what I have heard without being rude, because it just is. I asked a few providers on The Hill about this one.
