Difficult to be honest about what I have heard without being rude, because it just is. I asked a few providers on The Hill about this one. "No black" is pretty common everywhere.

It has to do with them wanting to play the numbers game: they want to service multiple guys a day but by accepting a black guy they run the risk of being too sore afterwards and not able to service anyone else.
