You probably got ripped off or didn't pay attention to the BP ad when you contacted the BP provider. COB is "usually" advertise with outcall services, but I never ask or perform that act during my visit. This way I can keep going for a couple more seconds after I blow. Do they accept foreigners easily when you call or can you make an online reservation? Unless your Korean is pretty high and they can't notice that you are not Korean over the phone.

No, I can't speak Korean language. I just know 10 or 12 words. Just tell them 'Waegok saram okay?' mean foreigner OK. Then proceed with very slow English.
