For a cab, just say "cheonho yeok" or "cheonho station". From Seoul Station expect to pay about 15,000+ before midnight and 20,000+ after midnight. Install the app "Citymapper," it tells you exactly which train, bus to use and what station exit and entrances to use.

Miari establishments have signs on the wall that sat 90-110 k. Nobody but tourists pay that. Prices there are strictly up for negotiation and they will accept 80-90.
