Finally found Cool with some careful directions. How did I miss it when searching before? I don't know! Anyway, if anyone else has never been and finds themselves in the samae predicament as me: from Gangnam station exit 2, go straight and it is around 10 minute walk. You will come to a major intersection with Prudential building on your left (you don't see the name until you come upon it, don't look for it in the distance) and Kia dealership on the right. Turn left at Prudential building and walk for quite a few minutes and then you will see COOL in a row of shops/stores on your left. Go in the car entrance, turn left and downstairs.

Anyway, as other board members suggest it is definitely worth a visit. Guy at front desk was very accomodating. Girl was tall, great figure, young, very hot & sexy, very little english (but is apparently moving to australia soon.). Just do a search and you will find something. The really is no excuse for such behaviour. If doubt the best action can be had from outcall service (at least for non-Koreans) but if that is what you really want then I suggest you pick up an English newspaper when you get here and check out the classifieds. I cant tell you anything about the service because I wouldnt even consider that route but in your situation it might be your best bet.

However, being that you are too lazy to RTTF you probably cant be bothered to go get a newspaper either.
