Generally, no; this was all made prescription only when Korea changed the regulation of dispensaries ten or so years ago.

But there are exceptions. One is the Halla Pharmacy in Itaewon. It's on the street that runs downhill across from the Hamilton Hotel -Bogwang-ro. It's past the Taco Bell and the opening to Fish Alley on the left side. About 200 meters down from Itaewon high street. Green sign, I think.

They sell the usual suspects for 12-15 K / tab, the lower price for 10 or more. There's a also a 5 K service charge for the doc from whom they get a cover scrip over the phone. They also have a Korean generic for about 1/2 price. It's run by to nice old ladies.

220 and up is the price for all anmas that service foreigners and have higher end girls, ie Candy, Ace, Eve etc. Every place I have been to, with the exception of Eve, is 1 girl 1 shot. All the places that are priced in the 130-160 range I wouldn't qualify as Anmas. There are places like be & J in Sillim, which might be the best of the bunch, but most are labeled as sports massage places or hyugetels that just shower you off before the deed and the women are usually older. I have yet to find an actually anma experience fore below 200 in Seoul or Bundang area. If anyone knows of a place that can compare to the ones mentioned about for that price, I'm sure many would be interested.

Thats weird. I've been fish, eve, and hera in terms of gangnam anmas and I've always gotten 2 shots. I asked the girls there and was told gangnam anmas offer 2 shots as the norm. Meokgol Station (Line 7) exit 1 walk a couple blocks. There is an Anma on your right. I went a couple years ago. 160 1 girl one shot. Not bad. Have yet to try it again, but it might be worth your shot if the price and service are the same.

If outside the place there is a big sign that says massage and it has different courses and prices on it, it is legit. 60-70 k is the going rate for a legit aroma massage. These places also usually don't have spinning poles. You can't avoid the spinning poles, that is where the happy endings are.

Is it ok to ask a massage places if they offer a HJ service as part of the massage? I thought Seoul was pretty loose about that so massage place owners don't mind telling yes or no. Reason I asked is I've been to few places that looked nice with Aroma (oil) massage priced around 60,000-70,000 but I also wanted to make sure I got a HJ cause with Aroma I know I would be getting a boner needing release. But 3 places I asked about if HJ offered they all said no. I thought 60,000 and up with Aroma meant at least HJ is offered. Or did I make a mistake by directly asking? Made them think I was LE?
