I hate to say it, but you will probably have some difficulty booking an officetel girl. First off, most of the time you will need to call them and speak Korean, secondly, most places are not foreigner friendly, except maybe the Russian outfits. A decent number of officetel girls I have talked to will refuse non-Koreans. Lastly, due to the government cracking down more and more on the online scene, most outfits will not pick up the phone for phone numbers they don't recognize. Assuming all the stars are lined up and you get through and you can communicate, you will probably be limited to who you can see.

The best of the best are in room salons but unless you speak Korean or go with locals, it's generally not readily accessible to foreigners. That said, having about a dozen room salon experiences, quality wise you're getting about what you'd see in a top tier Thai soapy, with a Korean twist on the playfulness / flavor / etc. , so it's not like it's some kind of untouchable magical seventh heaven you're missing out on. Have done the whole Ace, Fish, and Eve Anma experience in Gangnam, and while foreigners do have access here, this is definitely the B and C team scraps. Feels like what they do in Japan in a lot of soaplands where the girls are mostly the ones the locals don't want any more.
