Lacking a "travel announcements" section, I hope the moderator will not mind if I post news of my future arrival in Incheon (Seoul is the closest large city) starting sometimes in Jan 2016.

I am looking for members already in the area for exchange of information and tips on the local scenery. I will not be able to reciprocate immediately, given my lack of experience, but I will post regularly on findings and impressions during my stay there.

Preparing for my long term mission there, I have started to explore the usual dating websites, with little success as expected. I am looking for a reliable, close-by provider I can make use of when needed, possibly not too expensive and of good quality.

A "girlfriend" would be perfect, but I don't hope for so much.

I have read already the posts related to Seoul, but could not find a single useful reference to Incheon.

Well, if anybody is interested in meeting up or knowledgeable of the area, please let me know.

Turn right on the main street (fire station, dunking donuts); walk up that street (do not turn left up hooker hill). Tiffany is on the right side maybe halfway up, can't miss it.

Generally, no; this was all made prescription only when Korea changed the regulation of dispensaries ten or so years ago.

But there are exceptions. One is the Halla Pharmacy in Itaewon. It's on the street that runs downhill across from the Hamilton Hotel -Bogwang-ro. It's past the Taco Bell and the opening to Fish Alley on the left side. About 200 meters down from Itaewon high street. Green sign, I think.

They sell the usual suspects for 12-15 K / tab, the lower price for 10 or more. There's a also a 5 K service charge for the doc from whom they get a cover scrip over the phone. They also have a Korean generic for about 1/2 price. It's run by to nice old ladies.
