For RLDs, I think Miari is foreigner-friendly, but I really don't know since from all the RLDs in Seoul that is the only one that I have never been to. Another RLD that accepts foreigners is the B-row windows in the alleyways of Yongsan, where the old beat-up looking ladies are. The A-row with the young beautiful girls do NOT accept foreigners. Outside of Seoul, you can also check out the B-row windows of the RLD in Suwon as they accept foreigners too. I wouldn't recommend using the taxi to get there since the RLDs are nearby the subway stations.

My fuck it's cold here right now! I assume that's why the Seoul thread is so quiet, it's too cold to go outside.

And the roads are really slippery. A lot of the snow on the roads and walk area have been cleared but it's still slippery. I feel like I'm going to sprain my ankles walking around and I almost fell a couple of times.

I checked the Cheongnyangni RLD few days ago and I checked out Yongsan RLD last night. 1. My info might be outdated but the last time I walked by Hard Rock it was shut down, not sure if for good or what. The gift shop was still open though, but who wants to go there. Anyway, I remeber seeing some Russians and a Filipina once or twice when it was open, but other than that nothing really.
