To make sure that they get paid for each appointment, the operator usually sends a stock message stating that failure to show will result in being black listed. So, if you book an appointment, make sure to be on time. If you don't show up, they'll block your number.

You're right. Korea has changed substantially since 2019, and I worry that most of the reports written before that no longer contain much practical information.

To answer your first question, I think some of the anmas offer a soapland type experience, but I'm not sure which of them do. If you've read the forum, then you'll have heard about the club experiences at places like Donuts and Tiffany. Both have English language websites with maps and directions, and both seem to accept foreign customers. However, the service is a bit pricey.

To address your other question, I have to state the obvious, which is that without a working knowledge of Korean you're going to have a hard time gaining access to services on Opgani. In particular, the niche services such as fetish are almost certainly unavailable to foreigners. Even those of us who speak Korean aren't able to book at such places. I'm not saying you shouldn't call, but don't get your hopes up and prepared to be rejected a lot.
