I'll let others respond on the massage parlor question but can attest that pretty much all hotels in Seoul are girl friendly. You may want to find one that doesn't require a key card for elevator access but other than that you should be fine with any of the hotels near Namdeamun.

Was able to get an account on one of those korean sex sites using VPN and man.

If you can't find the base rate, then it's either directly in the ad, or you need to call / message them and ask. If you can't find it, then. Well, sorry. I can't help you there.

I've seen +4 girls that were just OK in terms of looks and service while some +2 girls were much better. Gents, I just decided to take a gander back in seoul forum since I used to work here and will be returning in the next few days for vacation. The +1 +2 +3 is no code. It is just an extra cost you will have to pay to get the girl as she is apparently good. Typically they are priced higher if they are popular with the crowd and sometimes they do offer extras but it will never be mentioned on the website and it is completely up to the discretion of the girl if she wants to go that extra mile with you. Having visited most Officetel where this coding system is normal, the ones that have +3 give more of a PSE while the latter might be super GFE. Don't take that into heart though, all of these girls are different and you might be lucky meeting a +1 and having the best time of your life, and payingi for a +3 and leaving disatisfied. The "indicates how much more on top of the "base rate" they are. Ex: standard 60 min might be 160 k KRW, then if a girl has +1, +2, etc you are expected to bring 170 k, 180 k, etc.
