It's been a while since I've posted because I am only able to come to Korea intermittently. I'm Korean and speak Korean so my posts may have little utility other than entertainment value. As has been posted in the past Fish is a "non-foreigner" establishment which really means only Korean men are accepted. I'm not here to engage in long winded discussions as to why that is or whether it's right or not. That's the reality. Reading the signs on the wall they stress they do not have a website nor do they engage in spam advertising. And they don't need to.

The irony is that I don't have a Korean passport and that makes me foreign but I'm not considered a foreigner. If you look Korean and can speak it with confidence you can experience this for yourself. Near Gangnam-gu cheong station exit 2. Go toward Seolleong Road (49440;47497;47196 and turn right and walk down two blocks. Then turn right (after passing Taco Bell) and walk up the road and you will see it on your right. 230,000 KRW. By far worth it.

Thanks for the great post, dude, which describes the Fish experience to a T. However, I am Chinese-American, speak no Korean (only English), and was able to access Fish with no problem on both my visits to Seoul. And clearly the mamasan who shows you the pics of the girls seemed to be fine with English-only clients. So, perhaps there is some leeway in foreigners?

This is not easy to answer because so much of Korea is not a guarantee when it comes to foreigners. I am assuming that you want to spend your time with a Korean woman so that takes out VIP in Gangnam.

Right off the bat, Cheonho is a no go. Shops will not even open unitl 8 pm and even then the selection is sparse. Prime time is from 10 pm -2 am.

Here my suggestion and by no means can it be considered cannon. I'd definitely go for the anma.

If you're really up for the challenge, try walking around the Nambu Bus Terminal (North of exit 6). There are a ton of anmas on that block (interior, not on the main road) but I cannot say for certain how many are open during the day or if they are foreign friendly. If you strike out then consider trying Ace Anma at Gangnam-gu Office (Line 7 not to be confused with Gangnam Station Line 2) and Hera Anma near the Renaissance Hotel in Yeoksam (Line 2). I know both of those establishments have day-shift girls but they tend to lean to the less hot side. Koreans call hotties "10%-ers" and they will work the more lucrative night shift. If you're still striking out and free in the late afternoon I'd take a shot at Texas Miari at Gireum station but that is way north of the river.

I wish I could give you answers with more certainty but I just can't. Again, those are only suggestions and I am far from an expert when it comes to daytime mongering and which ones will service foreigners. Man, I really hope you score. Good luck.

If the pole reads "49828;54252;51592; 마49324;51648;" (Sports Massage) or "49828;53944;47112;49828;" (Stress Clinic) then it's most likely just a hand job place.

The only way to know for absolute sure is to ask up front before the host or hostess takes you to your room. Simplest way, just politely ask, "Sex?" They will get it and reply with a 'Yes or No.'

Second tier establishments will have the word, '50504;47560;' (Anma or massage) somewhere and will be noticeably more upscale such as a reception reception desk, ATM in the lobby, vallet parking attendants and even a shoe shine service.

I'll let others respond on the massage parlor question but can attest that pretty much all hotels in Seoul are girl friendly. You may want to find one that doesn't require a key card for elevator access but other than that you should be fine with any of the hotels near Namdeamun.
