No. As noted, I always stay in Gangnam, so the north end of Seoul seems way off the map for me. Wasn't even familiar with YDP until reading some recent posts. And it was cold as hell to be wandering around.

I'm very comfortable walking all around Hong Kong and Tokyo, but I find Seoul more difficult to navigate, for some reason. Just a sprawling, traffic-clogged and unattractive huge city. I do love Korean women, though. Among the best looking and best service in the worldwide hobby, IMO.

It was a let down. Braving the -5 deg cold, headed out around 9-10 pm and got rejected. Not even looking / talking to me. At most places. A couple of places they showed me 200 K KRW as the cost on the phone calculator. I countered with 100 K, but they would not budge. The ladies looked 30+ and not worth that kind of money in a RLD. So got into a coffee shop close by and warmed myself with a couple of coffees before heading back.

Pretty looking ones at YDP actively avoid eye contact with foreigners. Atleast they tried to rip you off, but honestly 200 K for a 15 minutes mechanical session is clear day robbery.

Once a very pretty 20's to early 30's something girl took me in at 100 K but I never had such chance again over there. It's mostly ajhuma's 40 and above who don't get Korean customers that take-on everyone including foreigners.

I feel like if you just hit up the anmas, you're 1) more likely to get in as a foreigner vs having to communicate w / a booker over the phone, especially if you go off hours, and 2) they tend to be a little older in their 30's there. But others here are more knowledgeable than me.

Scene in South Korea seems very disappointing.
