Quickish field report.

Fairly easy to find. Exit Seoulung MRT at exit 4. Walk forward along the street past one junction and then at the second junction, turn left at the lotto store. It's a uphill road and Lyra is only about 20 metres on the right hand side. The building does resemble a castle.

Based on my experience it's Caucasian friendly, but they definitely put a hefty foreigner tax on top. I was quoted 400 for an hour standard service. After much bargaining I negotiated it down to 350 k which is probably at least 150 k higher than a local would pay.
