If you're fluent in Korean, you'll have a pretty easy job finding a Hyugetel. Register for an account on Opgani8 and start making calls. There are a handful of other sites that offer similar information, but Opgani8 is by the far the best of the bunch.

Despite your request, I won't reveal the exact names of the Hyugetels where I'm a customer. At some places I'm their only foreign customer and I don't want any blowback.
