I won't recommend going to cool if your standards are really high. The quality of women right now is a little low compared to before. I would wait until the summer season. So I did what people who don't need FS (out of convenience or fear of STD) went to the Gangnam Bang Bang Junction area. For those looking for a GFE rub with HE, there's plenty to try. If one place doesn't accept foreigners (waygukins) try the next one. With so many choices in one area, you can't miss.

To get there take the #3 line to Yangjae station and exit #3 (look at the map and head towards Bang Bang Junction (Sa-guh-ri). This is a major intersection and you will see the Prudential Building, a Starbucks, a Dell store and a huge clothing store called Bang Bang. You can also take the #2 line to Gangnam station, exit I think #6 and head towards Yangjae Station, look at street signs, can't miss it.

Head in the direction of the clothing store and you will find Cool and Raining Man. You enter through the place that is a car wash and you will see a sign directing you to either place. Go a little further and you will find Angel and in an upper floor you'll see a legitimate looking massage place, that prolly has a shady side. Cross the street you will see Belle and in the building next to Belle you will see another massage place called 1/2 Massage I think. Head in the other direction of the intersection and you'll see a huge massage place that looks like a love motel, called Rain Massage I think?

The HJ joints (which the attendant referred to as "soft-touch") never have barber poles, don't even advertise as massage sometimes but the giveaway is that it's named with exotic words and as shops that normally don't say anything else (Cool, Angel, Belle, Raining Man, Ivy, VIP, Cleopatra). They operate primarily though appointments but go there before 5PM on a weekday or weekend and they should squeeze you in. You know you are at one when you have to buzz to get in or be denied entrance. Cool was 75, 000 won. Which I think is the most expensive because they have the prettiest girls I think.

I think if you act like you've been there and know what you are doing and know some korean, likely you will have success getting in. You take off your shoes, change into slippers, go into a room, change into a robe, take a shower and buzz the attendant. Then you wait a few minutes, then chat with the girl, get a short massage, roam your hands all around, get your happy ending and a vitac500 or juice. Like with everything in life YMMV. I would put the estimate at over 300 girls to choose from as there are winding pathways like a maze full of stores to choose from and I find the bang for buck to be the best there as they allow for little extras like talking with the girls (only with 2 or more people) and drinking beers with them while getting a HJ and what they call a mulaebangak (like traditional water wheel) where you get a short BJ from each of the girls that are with you (so the more people, the more girls there are) , before going to do the deed. All for 70 bucks. Other RLDs are only about doing the deed and that might work for some, but I feel that it leaves me more satisfied enjoying myself a little bit and getting to know the girl before doing it. No. Love Hotels don't operate that way. You don't go there and hope to score something with flyers and the like just laying around. You're supposed to line something up first (p4p from internet / newspapers / wherever or freebies found at a club) , THEN check-in to the hotel. This is something I've often wondered about as well; like you, I've noticed the prices on here vary wildly from one monger to the next. I would say, a lot of it depends on your negotiation skills. I bet (or, assume may be a better word) that a lot of guys pay the first price that the girls ask without even trying to negotioate.

Is it safe to assume that most girls quote 50k for a HJ. 100k for a BJ, and 200k for quickie FS? And we can bargain the price down around 50% for these "activities"? Am I totally off base here?

It depends on the girl and other factors. For instance, the big girls on the top of the hill don't charge much. Went to the Hill on this rainy Tuesday.

Late to provide short report for one week stay in Seoul beginning of May. Using the valued information on the Forum made my way to the Itaewon Bar district. Better known as the "hooker hill".

Easiest way to get the is to take taxi, perhaps to a know landmark such as the Hamilton Hotel. With the hotel to your back walk left several blocks until you reach intersection with Donkin Donuts. Cross the street toward Dunkin donut and keep walking. You are there. Short distance further "ahead" and street turn to left you will see small bars.

As you walk by a door it may open and get invited in for some "fun and play". Negotiate your price.

I tried several but the worst was ABC. Crazy mamasan sat with us. What a pain. Then led by the young girl to dirty room across street. I would not repeat that again.

I did have couple of good sessions at Nymph. Easy going and lot of fun.

You will also find "bars" where you get invited to pay for girlie drink. Price is steep so watch your bill as it can add up rather quickly.
