the korean scene ... ah it's been a while

from those who can recall my last post (ages ago) i went to a offictel and scored lucky.

Yeondeungpo

After finishing an errand in the area I stopped off at Yeondeungpo again to see if there was anything new or different from my previous trip.

There are a rather huge number of bums in the area for Seoul (maybe other areas like this but I’m not familiar with them). Drunks and the down and out. I walked away from the big department store and lo and behold there were a couple of street walkers on the main drag. Before anyone gets too excited these were women who were in their later 50’s (at least) and had not done well in life.
