Prices are a bit expensive, but they have deals on a lot of the massage sites if you search around and make an appointment. Ended up paying 50 k for a 90 minute aroma, which was like 20-30 k cheaper than the price shown in shop.

Which sites do you use to get these discounts, I know of opstar, opgani7 and all of these sites but it's very rare these establishments use their real names on illegal side. Unless you've ever used it before, it's hard to figure out the exact shop. Plus area search doesn't turn up many if any shops on these sites.

According to reports here, it seems foreign looking mongers like us have a pretty higher chance by looking into anmas in Hongdae, Iteawon or Gangnam that hire Thai, other foreign girls or something. I had a special outcall thai service, they accepted foreigners bt prices were around 180,000 (Foreign tax + Transport as I lived 1 HR away from Seoul). Of course I had to book in Korean from opstar but the girl who came knew perfect English, she was 28 (Although she could have said 24 26 and I wouldn't doubt) provided perfect service.

My favorite one disappeared from site, I could order like 2 different Vietnamese girls in one night (One of them was the prettiest I've ever been with in Korea) as prices were cheaper and girls were so young and pretty.

My point in this, is that I've been straight out unlucky whenever I try to book at a place that has only young korean girls bt I could get even prettier Vietnamese, Thai girls at a cheaper price. Some of these outcalls will make you pay Foreigner's tax tho claiming the size of man (I used to like outcalls more than cold knocking on doors LOL) bt these days there's limited outcall options on these sites.

Bt I'm going to have to look into what you guys are taking about in Hongdae and see the difference.

So my three go to Hugetels have stopped accepting foreigners? I was able to still visit but the managers all told me they have been receiving a lot of messages from foreigners and the girls are complaining about one or two of them. Not sure if its the same guy but they said he speaks some Korean, is rude, rough and doesn't take care of the girl.

Haven't been mongering to much been filling my time with the girls meeting me on their holidays or before work.

I think I will monger for lunch and I will be sure to report. Stay frosty my friends.

Unfortunately this is not new, it is a decades old issue when it comes to mongering in Korea as a foreigner.

There will always be those select few assholes who ruin all the fun for everyone, and the establishments won't have the patience to figure out the bad ones and weed them out. Luckily for you, they already know you well and it'll always be business as usual when you turn up. It'll be another few months before any new foreigners are allowed in though.

Even if all the foreigners visiting are of the best behaviour, most places and girls still wouldn't like it when there's a sudden deluge of foreign customers they're getting in a short period of time. This also leads to blanket bans till things cool down (best case scenario). This is why the board etiquette here a few years back was to only share details of establishment locations via DM with other posters who also have locations to share. At least that way some sort of filtering is going on and more people get to do their homework, with the main exceptions being RLD locations and places in gagnam and hongdae.

Take it from us old heads who have done the rounds in hundreds of establishments up and down the country.

I've done my search and found a place named "비누스파" at 역삼동 but it's categorized as gunma meaning it may only offer a limited menu.

Tried searching for this place tonight and couldn't find partners bar for the life of me. I did find a Thai massage right next to a GS25 and it was about 100 yards away from that tagged location so I assume it was the right one. You'll see a Thai place along that road, next to a tiny talking bad that is pink and called partner bar. I was in the area today too, and the place you were looking for actually had the pole off and the lights were low, so they may have been closed. This was just after 8 pm.

Well then we walked right past one another because I was walking around that block several times just after 8 pm looking for that place LOL. I went south down that street you mentioned (starting from bar heaven then went south) but only saw Hera bar there down that street. I'll have to go again and pay attention to find partners bar now that I know it's a small pink talking bar. Can't believe I couldn't see it after 2 passes.

As for the Thai massage I'm talking about, we may be thinking about different places because this place didn't have any poles. Start from bar heaven then go east about 100 yards. You will see a GS25 and really near to that you will see the massage posters on the 2nd floor from the street. Entrance was down a narrow side alley. Make sure you ask for Miso. Not sure if they have multiple ladies there. For me, she said she was shy when I asked for FS and said she only gave HJ. I know it's a game because it took all of about 2 minutes to convince her otherwise but I do sorry of like that little innocent girl game some try to play haha. She was open to all positions I tried as well, highly recommend her.

That sucks. For what it's worth, I really hope that this doesn't become the new normal. I'd be bummed if even fewer places offer service because of a couple of assholes.

In other unfortunate news, a bunch of my favorite places have outright closed. Over the last couple of months they have pulled their ads from the web and disappeared. It's a shame because they were dependable, close to home, and brought in new women on a fairly regular basis. I had really hoped that they were simply temporary closures, but I'm now resigned to the fact that they are gone for good.

Because of the closures, I have to go further afield or return to the same couple of women at places with much smaller lineups. If these remaining places suddenly stop taking my calls or close without notice, I'll be at a loss.

Recently, while reading through the Hyugetel ads I noticed one place where they had added a statement to some women's profiles reading "no men over 40 allowed". So far I've only seen it on the one ad. I'm just pointing it out because it struck me as an interesting indication of the way things might go in the future. I found the one that you mentioned, however although the establishment was open, there wasn't anyone there. I went inside the rooms, peeked around and tried to find a provider but couldn't. So finally gave up and went outside to explore other options.

Found a similar establishment less than 100 yards away.

It was one of the best experiences that I had in Seoul. If you don't have Thai phobia, this is definitely a place that I recommend. 50 k for the above average 60 min massage and then 70 k for a 30 min sex. The lady was tall, decent looking and fit. The service levels were awesome. She was very cooperative and we tried all kinds of positions including a Viennese Oyester. I get off with experimentation and explorative sex. Of course YMMV. This was way better than the session that I had at Castle Anma where I spent almost three times the cash.

The area is definitely cheaper than Gangnam, Seoulleung and other areas, hence probably the prices are within a good budget. What surprised me was the level of service and the quality of options available.

People go on about Anmas, I found this much better for almost a third the price. This is definitely in one of my top three lists that I regular in Seoul. Will try other options in other locations and post.

Been a while since I perused this website (about 10-11 years ago in 2011). I believe I was the first one to let people know of the 'new' trend of mongering moving towards officetel / online adverts like optime / opstar / opgani about 10 years ago when most of the mongering were done in RLDs (goddamn I miss the old RLDs.) and anmas. Well life happened between 2011 and 2022 but now I find myself in Korea for about 1 year and wanting to relive my youthful memories. Previously, I've held 5 or so meetups with expats and foreigners and we had an absolute blast; meeting up for dinner, drinks and mongering afterwards. I would like to organised something similar but limited to 3-4 people in a group max.

- Since the scene has changed quite drastically since 10 years ago, we'll probably be going to officetels (reservations through phone booking), magic mirror, room salon, gunma, or try our luck at the VVIP hotel salons (this is where you pay anywhere between $700-2 k for an idol trainee, weather caster, small time actresses, etc) most likely in Gangnam area.

- I am Korean and I've had success getting places to accept foreigners where they would normally not accept.
