Jan Ang Dong should always be safe in my opinion, those places got hidden buttons that open up a portion of the wall that you would never think opens which leads to the bedroom. It was very well run in the secure aspect. The RLDs are no good with the cops patrolling the streets all day, although native korean guys don't mind them and go into brothels while the cops are walking right by them, odd.
