If you are a kyopo with '80% Korean language ability', you should be able to access every type of sex service in Korea without issue. If your Korean is that good, making a simple reservation shouldn't be a problem. My Korean ability is really quite low and I've been able to navigate phone call reservations relatively easily.

If the officetel you contacted did not want to offer service, I imagine that they must have thought something was strange about the call. Maybe you asked too many questions and they thought you were going to cause problems.

Next time, just ask for a reservation with a particular girl at a particular time and tell them any options that you would like to add on to the service. It is really that simple.

They may ask you whether this is your first time. You can tell them that you've never visited this particular officetel, but that you've been a customer at this or that anma or gunma in the past. If they have a contact with the shop you mentioned, they will call them to check. If they don't have a contact, just stating that you have already purchased sex in the past may suffice. Although it is available, it depends on a few factors. Your best bet is an escort, who you can negotiate that with and are you dead set on it being a Korean girl?
