The name of this place is in Hangul, but if you look to the top of this building there is a huge electronic billboard that says Massage Foreigners welcome. Located on the 4th floor of same building where Moma's touch is located. Stopped by Dongducheon RLD, was no change to the last time I was there 3 years ago. A number of girls working then were still working now.
