I don't think I need to educate people on the fact that for these pills to work you need to get aroused first. Its not like these pills are magic beans to get hard ONS. What they do is increase blood flow to the penis so when your hard it helps you to stay hard and very very hard at that. Junior gets hard as a rock on this stuff. So when I mean effect last upto 30 hours, I don't mean your going to have an erection for 30 hours. It just means this stays in your system for that long and the drug is active for that duration. Again on this stuff as well, you will experience some mild side effects like slight headache and blocked nose type feeling but goes away in a little while.

Also just for the record, pointing out that I'm a healthy 30 year old with no Erectile Dysfunction (Touch wood! It could be beneficial if only you have a problem with getting your junior high.

If you are to take it, take it one hour before the action, not more than 2 hours. Drug action usually lasts from 30 minutes to four hours. The biggest caution is, if you have heart problems. Any sort of a heart issue, the drug is not recommended, it could even kill you.

Commonest side effect is headache. Allergies are not common.

Start with 50 MG, do not straight away jump to 100 MG.

If you feel dizzy, have any sort of a breathing issue or chest discomfort or if the erection lasts more than 5 hours, go to the nearest hospital.

100% true OTB. Mongering can be viewed as good or bad whatever according to the context. But we being members of this forum, have to have some kind of ethics and discipline. Those places and girls are doing a business for their living hood. We must see them in a Client-Service angle.
