Have been to a few ms's in Negombo.

Further to my previous post.

There are lot of advertisements both on print media and on net, advertising for new models. Very young girls, who are looking value for them selves being in this industry apply and they will be interviewed in locations that are generally remote. 99.9% of those adds are for just hiring young girls. Professional institutions do it professionally.

There are several rounds of interviews they are going to conduct.

First being the honest interview for outsiders, they call girls in groups and interview them. Just oral test kind of a thing. This generally conduct in a place which is more public.

Second round onwards they select some distant locations, where the girls accompany their parents or some adults for protection. The girl will be called inside and in a closed door room the interview will happen. Walking, shifting skirt 8 inches above knee level, holding up the blouse to show the belly area, lowering the skirt from hip few inches are general.

Some will accompany the interviewing party with lots of laughs rejections and acceptances. Most girls who do not want to show more will get dropped.
While the girl is being interviewed or waiting to get interviewed, some agents who are pretending to be parents or adults are making other parents understand the security that the girls will get and stuff like that. They keep the crowed as long as possible, mostly the whole day till very late.

Then they will be called for a 3rd interview. The dates and location is what makes the adult parents to be a bit bore about. Due to their working for earning, they let the girl with a younger brother or sister or someone that is not much interested on the girls security.

This is the time they start using a camera. First they use a poloroid camera and take one or two decent photographs. Then they request the girl to wear a short dress, bikini, a towel. Most of the dresses and lines are ready with them. As the location is very remote or deserted, the party is offered lunch and other refreshments with more relaxing facilities.

During such time, girls are being videoed while they are undressing, or while they are in the toilet. They have learned the hypnotism very well, and they know how to rip a girl nude, just by asking, without even touching the girl.

For those interviews generally 10-15 girls will come, and there will be about 2-3 interview room.

At the end, the girl will get a chance to see what they recorded. Then the girl can see her nudity on tape...... The story start there.

They ask the girl to do something for them so they will not disclose the tape to others. Most of the girls were ask to take the boys on mouth or ass. Very rear cases they use the legs. If the female is a married person, they ask her for a free F**k.

No options, but the girl/lady has to agree to keep this incident as a secret.

Later, they will get the girl working for them, and they come out from home saying "SHOOTING here or there". And they pay the girl well. And they hire them to others while using the girls free for them.

Most of the very young girls, we think models that we find in most of the star class hotels and night clubs are those girls. Most of us think that they are models, and pay a high amount to have a chance to pump them. But they don't know that they are using just another converted pros.
