So I've been out of the country for a long while, and came back to the motherland recently. When I first asked her she denied but then when I said I am truly in the CCTV field she accepted saying it is spy camera and being monitored only for safety of the place in order to scare the girls not give FS to customers and being observed by the owner guy only from a inner room and said it's not being saved in their DVRs.

Yes, this is happening. I could log in to such a CCTV system from outside. See the attached photos. Normally they off the 4th camera when customer is in service but who knows. And the sad side of this CCTV systems is people expose their privacy to outside because 99% of the CCTV can be accessed from outside by anyone who has a little knowledge. Nobody has changed the default password and people who fixed CCTV can see all of their customers private life. This CCTV system if in a SAP in Thalawathugoda but I am not sure the location. Be safe. !

Wattala was a large luxury house with room to swing the proverbial cat completely different from Premio Borella.
Clean & spacious.
Wellawatte was a smaller aparment but definitely far more clean than the old Borella outfit aka Mom's place.

Called Mahesh asked for a lady with good GFE, he suggested Kaveesha.
Friendly girl, excellent service.

In the past we used to have to show our ID. And watch Kumara write it down at the entrance, pay upfront & go with whoever you choose. Now you pay the lady after the fact in the room itself.

Ravi69 gave me some numbers which did not work....then SLMonger mentioned he came across a broker called Mahesh & Kumara who were providing the same ladies. From the phone numbers I figured Kumara was the guy who used to note down our ID numbers and manned the phone for Mom's place I put two & two together and figured this is Premio Mahesh after all. Called and asked Mahesh and he remembered me. Mahesh may choose to give you an FB link with photo's.

I am just back to home from B'gana place. I visited there today around 8.30 pm. Without even taking a day delay I just wanted to make you aware about something happening there.

I remember someone in the forum had raised suspicions whether they have cameras in each room. Today I found that yes they are cameras. Please be careful. I will never go there.

In the Penal Code there is this devious amendment from 1998:
"Any person who procures, or attempts to procure, any person of whatever age (whether with or without the consent of such person) to leave such person's usual place of abode in Sri Lanka with a view to illicit sexual intercourse within or outside Sri Lanka, commits the offence of procuration."

I understand that the purpose of this amendment is to prevent "trafficking", and I am not aware that any genuine monger has been prosecuted under this.
