Anyway to answer my own question. Yes the ambassador is still functioning. Went there today at about 7pm and there were about 10-15 girls both Russian and Lankan. I reiterate that we as mongers need to have a strategy in case we get caught in a raid. i.e. need to have the contact numbers of lawyers who are willing to drop everything they are doing and come to help when needed. Since this is the first week in SL, and yesterday and today being a holiday, I decided to get to know the roads between Colombo and Horana. Well the people who know are bamba police. As you know thers a special unit for this sort of raid. He operates at low scale unlike places like LP. So he has no access to big shots.
