Thanks for that info. It would seem that the owners are actually fighting the case in Court rather than pleading guilty. That will be a good experience for the Police, because they will find it difficult to prove that the place was a "brothel" or a "house of ill fame" as stated in Sri Lanka law.

The following places seem to have "disappeared":

(5) Green Herbal, Koswatte, Nawala

It is possible that some of the remaining places are relatively safe because they are being favoured by the Police, perhaps because they are paying bigger bribes.

The places still advertising in Dehiwala are:

(1) Osilma on Galle Road
(2) 112, Anderson Road, Kalubowila
(3) 72C, Malwatte Road, Hill Street

There are also two interesting "new entrants" in other areas. New entrants are generally unsafe, but if they are in non-residential areas they may be relatively safe.

I would be interested in the comments of other members.
