Honestly I can't remember the name. But I think its not hard to find. Because once you find Carwil place, you can find it. Its only about 100 m long and one way as well. Its on left and side with big wall paper of spa.

When I pass galle road towards marine drive, via this narrow alley type road I saw a sign of spa on left had side. My instincts said to try it, so I turned my car back to galle road and came to that place again. It has enough parking for two cars.
