Yes. Have to order through the global site. But tax was bit high and some produced they rejected to bring down as well. Since they manually check the link of products prior ordering.

I recently ordered a package through aliexpress which consisted of a couple of toys and condoms (a brand which you cannot buy in SL). However, the package has been held at the Colombo Foreign Parcel Office.

Yes, you will have to open it in front of an officer. It is nothing illegal so you won't have any problem except for the sniggers of the officer and a hefty customs duty bill.
