It had been a few months since my last visit to Colombo. And, the security is very tight now, with frequent spot checking in the central business district. Foreign visitors - please do carry your passports or at least a copy of your passports with you, at all times, especially at night.

I stayed at the Hotel Renuka on Galle Road, which is on the same block as the Juliana Hotel. It was a little after midnight when I finished my nice Chinese dinner at the very authentic Chinese restaurant, which is in the ground floor of the Juliana Hotel. They are open late - till 1:00 AM - I think, and highly recommended after a massage on the top floor. However, I was very hungry and had a heavy dinner, before the massage - wrong move. Anyway, I walked up to the top floor at the Hotel Juliana, and was booked into Room 7. A small attractive girl from Bangkok, I do not remember her name, was the masseuse. There was no chair wash, as is usual in the Galadari Hotel, due to plumbing problems in Room #7.

Her massage was average. But, she had one move, which I just have to mention. She lifted my leg - one at a time, and rubbed the sole over her hard nipple. I have a very sensitive sole and this was damn erotic. Her nipples were really like wooden nubs. Great sensuous experience!

that was a close call Tea boy!!! not everyone is not that lucky sometimes if they cops sense that ur scared,they prey on your vulnerability and aks for money and stuff and can even go to the extent of blackmailing you or lock u up under the guise of the PTA!

With reference to the request for confidential information by Aadrei, mongers in Colombo should be aware of the reality of Police harassment. There are basically two divisions of the Police: (1) The Vice Squad which covers the whole of Colombo. (2) The individual Police stations within Colombo. What often happens is that the owners of these places bribe the local Police. It may be more difficult to bribe the Vice Squad.

When I was at TEP a few weeks ago there was a raid by the local Police. I had to quickly get dressed. One cop stared at me for a couple of minutes but did not ask for my identity card. It was a scary experience. The manager later told me that the cops had buggered off after being paid Rs.5000.

If the phone number of the place is posted on the open forum the Vice Squad could become aware of it, and any mongers who are there at the time of the raid may not be as lucky as I was.

The better alternative to Bluebirds is Stardust Karaoke Club, No.9, 15th Lane, Colombo 3, Tel. 2573493, although I haven't been there myself. You have to go there in the evening. The advantage is that you can actually see the girls in the karaoke bar or casino before you make a decision. If you find a hot number you can rent a room in the same place. The cost will be similar to what I mentioned above.

I heard there is another "agent" who has better-looking Russian girls, but I haven't been able to get his number.

I tried a "Russian" girl from Bluebirds International about a year ago. Cost was $100 + Rs.3000 for a room at Hotel Juliana. She gave good service for a full two hours.

She was not actually Russian; she was from Chechnya, so her facial features were Asiatic although her skin was very fair. I rate her looks only 5.5 to 6, so she was not really worth the money. When you phone for the girl you can specify that you want someone with white skin and European features.
