There is a good well known place in sea avenue. Room rates are 30%higher than Royal mount (assuming royal mount rates are not changed since 2015) facilities and quality is very much comparable. They also have renovated the place just like RoOyal Mount guys built their new wing. Unfortunately it is almost impossible find a place as secluded as Royal mount in Col 3 area.
