Obviously have to agree with CM3 on the ripping off thing. It seems like that person have seen a girl for the first time by the look of it. I'm not passing judgement, just saying it happens and if we try to avoid such places, there will be no places to go.

Actually she's a freelancer and not an employee in permanent place. Got arranged through a friend who's working in pub in Colombo. Contact is available.

Its was a small hotel (Budget) in Lewis place, Negombo. I am from Colombo but I don't do mongering in Colombo for my own safe. But I do visit MPs (once a while) if the place is really safe and highly recommended on the forum.

Chris, thanks for your report. Please name the spa because this kind of cheating is bad. I have not been to India, but what I hear is that most areas are very "dry", and it is hard to get even a shake. Just imagine these guys being forced to come to SL for sex tourism. If they sign the free trade agreement, there may be more Indian women coming here for business.

The girls only do this for naive tourist. I know at least 10-12 other spa's that over charge guest to our country (but I never thought the charge was so high). In fact, some spa's have a different entrance charge too. However, for us locals, they don't expect such figures and if you treat the girls right. They do a fantastic service. So I will not be putting up names. When we go overseas, we too get ripped. It has happened to me and I am sure it would have happened to many others too. We should learn the lingo and the rates before embarking into adventures. That's the lesson to learn.

On a recent spa visit, I was in the next cubicle to an Indian gent. He was brought in by tour guide. The cubical walls were thin and the girls were discussing amounts through the wall (including my therapist). The girl was saying, this Indian is an old fart, must try to fleece him off as she has no motivation to do anything. The others were encouraging to do it for a good sum, otherwise let the fellow go and don't waste your time. The girls conversation was in Sinhalese of course.

I could hear her ask for rs 8000 for shake. OMG! This fellow was actually considering. He was asking for more access but she said need more money sir. He said he didn't have all the money she wanted and she said then can't do anything. Obviously he was thinking with the wrong head. She actually got him to get up in his towel and go out of the cubical and get (borrow) some money from tour guide. During this time, she asked permission and came into my cubicle to talk with my therapist. She said kohoma hari mung gannawa (I will take it some how).

The gent came back with the money and negotiations began again. She managed to squeeze rs 12,000 from him. This was a crime and I never knew people would pay such hefty amounts.

Any expats, please do read the forum and take advice from here. You don't have to get sucked dry in more ways than one!

I heard from lot of friends that there are many of FL's and spas give FS in Maharagama.

Specially Pamunuwa road. However I pass by these areas but I never encountered anything related to this.

There has been previous reports of extras happening at Ratne. So it's certainly possible. As per your report, I am sure you might have been able to negotiate something as all the tell-tale signs were there. Next time, take the same girl and let her win your confidence. This is my first post on the forum so here goes.

Called a contact provided by the generous Mr. Sriman1982, she was very friendly on the phone. I initially requested her, but she was available only after 6. 30 pm and quoted 5 k. Told her that was a bit inconvenient for me and asked her if she can set me up with someone who was willing to come a bit earlier.
