This has happened around 5 months back at Beddagana place, I was having the time of my life getting my balls vacuumed. Could not remember the girls name. I recently visited a spa near hemas thalawatagoda, don't remember the name. The reference to the "decoy" means that if LE is going to successfully prosecute an MP, a plain-clothes officer needs to go as a customer. If he is offered HJ or any other sexual activity, he is able to give evidence.
