Yes it is more or less self-serve for all non-prescription items as it is set up like a mini-mart. Location is opposite Sathutu Uyana further away from near the Red Cross HQ.

Sri Lanka is not like Thailand where you can just pop in to a bar and pick up a girl for LT. There are no "going rates" for LT; it is entirely up to your negotiating skills. Good news for Lube lovers I just saw one of the Cargills supermarket displaying "Durex Lube" (Lubricant) there were at least 4 different types (Warming, Cherry, tingle) it is priced at Rs 460 per bottle. Especially useful for Anal play.
