Good thing I decided to give up on this one I guess. I would've been a frequent visitor if the girls did a better job because of how close it was to access it.

The Dhanalanka Spa located in Dehiwala was raided last afternoon (Saturday) and all the girls and customers too were taken to the Mihirana police station, Plain-cloth and uniformed police armed with weapons stormed in leaving little chance for anyone to escape. Apparently this was due to a petition signed by the neighbors indicating that this was a a brothel. I think the Mihirana police considers itself to be the cleansing hand of the law and does not restrict itself to the area of it is assigned to.

I think it is extremely dangerous to go to SPA especially those located in residential areas. It might be safer to take a freelancer to a hotel and do the deed rather than go even for a genuine massage

Hello,

Visiting colombo and galle for 2 days each in about 10 days as my 1st trip to the wonderful sri lanka.

I was hoping for some help from some experienced players to recommend a few places I could go to for a good time.

I'd prefer to go to an incall service as I am sharing the room with an elderly person so can't take anyone back to my hotel room.

Also my preference would be russians but ofcourse will take anyone's word for others as well as long as have a pleasurable time with some hotties.

Karaoke club is a very popular night club type in Sri Lanka. These clubs specially contain some DJs with karaoke equipments, karaoke girls and sometimes large monitors or screens which use to show music videos. The main legal income of these clubs earned through bars which sell liquor and other related food items in a very expensive price than the ordinary market. Most of these clubs hired young girls to work as karaoke girls, who are responsible to accompany the customers and satisfy their needs while they are in the club.

Some Karaoke clubs are held by the hotels which are exclusive for selected people and their customers. Most of the Karaoke clubs which are held by the well-known hotels are not the places which can do the illegal activities so easily. But there are other Karaoke clubs which are located in the Colombo city, doing several illegal activities such as prostitution and drugs distribution. These Karaoke clubs are more open to the public than the Karaoke clubs owned by well-known hotels. There are some Karaoke clubs located near Negombo area and most of these clubs actually operates as brothels in those areas.

Most of these Karaoke clubs are accused by the public and police for their illegal activities. According to the police and local media most of these karaoke clubs main income come through prostitution (Which is illegal in Sri Lanka) and drugs distribution. According to the several media and police reports, most of the karaoke girls are recruited from remote areas. Most of these girls willingly or forcibly participate in prostitution with the some of the customers of the Karaoke clubs.

Local media reports say that normal expenses range of a Karaoke club customer among Rs.24000 - 36000, which is a fairly high amount of money in Sri Lanka. These expenses exclude additional expenses such as prostitution expenses.

Police has conducted several raids to prevent the illegal activities in Karaoke club. But they didn’t manage to stop them permanently, media say this is because some of the Karaoke clubs receive the protection from politicians who are directly involves when a police raids conducted.

As I said in my report, I have not visited TEP 5. It is NOT confirmed as yet, but the report that a brothel was raided by the Nugegoda Vice Squad is reliable. There was nothing in the Daily Mirror report to suggest that this was a massage parlour.

Today's Daily Mirror reports that a brothel in the Nugegoda Police area was raided and 6 girls arrested. This rang some alarm bells as the last report on TEP 5 stated that there were 6 girls there. I hope this is not the place. The report specifically said it was a brothel, and the usual stuff about "under the guise of an Ayurvedic Centre" was not there. I have not been to TEP 5 yet, and I also don't know exactly what area is covered by the Nugegoda Vice Squad who did the raid.

P.S. I wrote TEP 4 by mistake.

Sadly, the mongering situation in Colombo has deteriorated since 1999. The reason members use abbreviations is that they are afraid their favourite places will be raided by Police. Your best bet is the Thai massage parlours at the Galadari and Juliana hotels. If you want local girls, the bell-boys at your hotel may have contacts.

There is not much info about this in this forum. Can some senior please give some info on this.

Also it would be nice if some senior member can suggest the 3 best places to go for massage. As of now I could make out only 1 place Liberty plaza. The other places mentioned are in abbrevations. JH/JG etc. If the name and locations are mentioned, it would be very helpful
