Completely agree with the sentiments here! Guys, we ourselves have ruined the market my giving them the control and demand! Keep in mind that we are the client and they are the service providers! If we just agree to their terms in our desperation obviously they will control the stakes! I would be interested to know other monger's experiences in this regard. Recently I went to Sameera's (guy who writes ID at old Premio - c/o Mahesh) flats in Wellawatte, after requests for photo's were refused and I was asked to visit in person & inspect.
