Not sure if Fish Spa takes foreigners but they're pretty "public" online in Chinese if you know where to look. Set up similar to the Saunas like Tianlong Suana etc, Fish Spa is pay first then select a woman and go into a back room. Located on Linsen in one of the older tall buildings, the "Spa" requires an appointment to get pass the door. Appointments are made with the "ganbu"(Pimp / handler) and you report the name of the Ganbu to get in. Once in, you pay 2600 and wait for your number to be called. Last year I paid 1500 all the time. But, my regular advised me that she was doing me a favor because the new rate for non-chinese is 2000.
