Met a few Chinese and Taiwanese FLs near Longshan Temple. All are a little chubby but with attractive face. I enjoy Taiwanese the best. They are more refined, polite and easier to have a normal conversation. They only work during daytime. There were a lot of police activity during busy hours. They did not arrest anyone but they made their presence known.

Got rejected by two foreign providers because they want me to pay first. I explicitly asked one of them before I arrive, but she still insisted that I pay first after shower. They are not that attractive so it make it easier to just leave. I am wondering if people are really paying that much money for their mediocre face and body.

One of my San Jose tw ra friends from 3 years ago did not know about it (and we ended up spending $100/ night at a 4 star luxury hotel room that time), so it is not quite common knowledge to local residents. I read online that a 2010 article claims that Taipei short term hotels are a thing of the past, but this is obviously wrong by my own personal counterexample.

Every neighborhood in the entire city. In fact, you can rent rooms for a few hours in even legitimate hotels.

There is no downtown in Taipei. You are in the more affluent part of it based on the bar location. You can stay short time in most local hotels. If you don't like the girl, send her back next time.

A few weeks ago I visited Taipei. I have now been to Taipei several times. When I first started visiting Taipei, decades ago, it seemed very sexually conservative to me. I was with my SO most of the time, which made things more difficult.

Anyway with the prior help of a Chinese American friend in the USA who was fluent in written mandarin and who has been to Taipei a few times in the past, I was able to get my own line org contact and I used that (choosing to pass on the many unsolicited wechat org offers I got once I arrived). My USA Chinese American friend set me up with the contact after I arrived in Taipei.

The contact 's anglicized name is "green" and only seems to have a Chinese character based line app ID. I tried copying the ID but could not. I wanted and requested and attractive lady who offered GFE level service.

I had brought some US money but had no immediate opportunity to convert to nt $ before I was able to get some appointments. Another challenge was that I was staying in a private apartment of a friend with the SO and could not entertain guests, as would otherwise be the case, most commonly in a large hotel which permitted outcall guests. I asked green about both issues. Green told me that the girl could accept us $ and that a short term hotel could be used. Green gave me a very short list of short term hotels. I chose a love hotel closer to my downtown apartment location. The discussions leading to this point actually took a day or two and benefited significantly from the intercession of my Chinese American USA friend. When everything was settled, I got the impression that this was an unusual accommodation.

The first appointment was with a girl apparently named joy (the name I was given in person was lei lei) and 162/46/ see /21, nt $6000, at about 1 PM. I agreed. I studied as much as I could at the time short term hotels near to my downtown Taipei apartment location. I committed with green to go to Best Love Hotel (apparently a love hotel) in central downtown Taipei and finalize the appointment from my cell phone (with a micro sim I had bought upon arrival at the airport and local WiFi) once I arrived there and got a reservation. I walked to the hotel and entered. The female concierge only spoke Mandarin and was very unfriendly. She told me that the hotel was fully booked that day, and that the earliest appointment available was for the next day. This threw an unanticipated one hour delay into the original agreed to plan.

Flying somewhat blind without internet, preloaded maps, and without line contact with green, I took a cab to (hotel name redacted) from the short list of hotels that green had originally suggested, since I did not know where it was, but cabs in Taipei are relatively inexpensive. It turned out that it was actually a short walk from a nearby convenient mrt station. This time (by now it was about 2 PM) the room was available and the cost was nt $350 for 2 hours. I was able to contact green via the hotel's local WiFi to confirm that the appointment was still available. The drill was to rent the room and go upstairs (green was very insistent) at the appointed time, then message green via line to send the girl. I did this, sending a photo of the hotel room key with the room number on it to green via line to help green verify that I had followed her instructions. The room was on the 7th floor of the hotel, somewhat small but clean and reasonably comfortable, like a motel 6 room. There was a bed and a shower. I waited in the room for a few minutes.

Leilei, the girl that showed up, did not match the photos that the contact sent me on line. She had no hourglass figure, having had a kid and some belly damage, but her face was cute and she was apparently very late 20's to about 30 in age. OK, whatever. I left donation on table and said not to touch until done (with the intent to cancel if she objected). She quietly gave me no grief about it, and honored my request.

Leilei and I took a nice mutual shower, then jumped in bed for a BBBJ. Unfortunately lei lei was overenthusiastic and a bit rough on my little brother with her teeth. She seemed a bit new at it. The photo turned out to be fake (the photos I received were of pinay Chinese Linda chong) but I received assurances from green that the girl was the real deal. Her name was given as Sophia, 163/46/ the /24, same logistics drill as before for the appointment. My earlier social meeting unexpectedly ran about an hour late and was unable to reconfirm with green so she let Sophia go by the time I got to the hotel. I asked green to try and get Sophia back, got a hotel room and key, sent a photo of the key again to green, and waited in the lobby this time.

This gave me some time to people watch the hotel patrons coming and going. Most were college age tourists, mostly couples traveling together, with a sprinkling of single adult tourists (all of these had suitcases with them). There were also an occasional illicit rendezvous between somewhat sleazy looking older salaryguys and somewhat sleazy looking late 20 something girls. Less frequently, a local couple also dropped in, apparently for a short term liaison. These couples had no luggage. The hotel served both with no apparent concerns arising.

After about 25 minutes Sophia showed up at the lobby and asked at the front desk for me, and at least in terms of looks, she was a winner. Looks were native Taiwanese, long brown hair, hourglass shaped spinner, dark skin, about 25 years old, a hot dresser, flashing lots of leg below a short miniskirt which showed off a coke bottle figure. She grabbed the key and we went into the elevator together.

Up in the room, I left donation on table and said not to touch until done. We took a mutual shower in which she made certain I was clean, although less aggressively than a sf bay area kgirl RA. After drying off I waited naked on bed for Sophia to finish her shower and drying off. Sophia came back to the bed naked and her figure was a tantalizing sight.

Sophia wasted no time and proceeded to get on the bed and give me a decent BBBJ. I had given her a small tip, again in us $. I had a mustache at the time which might have turned sophia off a bit (dunno). My Chinese was at the baby level, and her English was apparently none at all, which did not help communication. Sophia had the looks, but not the education or temperament, and perhaps not enough height, to be an airline stewardess. Her service was reasonably good with the reservation that she did not kiss (me). Possibly, YMMV.

I read in this forum somewhere that Viagra was available to buy at pharmacies without prescription, but I could not get it, at least at a Watson's pharmacy, who told me they did not carry it.

I tried hitting on some civvies, with only very limited success. Generally, out of town girls seem more friendly than local Taipei girls, and older women seem more friendly than younger girls. To improve my chances, I need more mandarin, though some friendly ladies speak English.

I had no time to get to carnegies or tgif, but I found a pub named "on tap" downtown, conveniently close to the center of town, and hit it up several times. The first two times were weekday afternoons and not much action. The third time was Friday evening and (finally) the place was packed with seemingly more Taiwanese ladies than guys. On Friday evening, there were several dirty birds in attendance. However, the ladies there seemed to flock together more than the other days. I spent time drinking with some random but friendly guys (not enough time to be able to do anything more). I also some some girls hanging out at the main Taipei station underground, apparently missed trains. I need to check those out in the future too, hahaha.

Wandering around Taipei and occasional forays into the countryside leads me to believe that Taiwan is finally starting to up to the rest of the world in terms of sexual permissiveness. Most of it is understated but it seems no longer to be associated with shameful behavior. I think this is a good development for punters as well as guys in general travelling to or living in Taiwan.

It was cleaned up for a few years though management changed and it's dirty again. If you're fine with women over 40 or so, it's still a ripe picking ground.

Bummer on the closing of Minquan Blue!

I did some damage in that joint during my many visits.

Few months ago I visited a joint across the street just down from the 7-11. Nice HJ from a 30 something. Service was OK and would go back in a pinch.

There's another one with similar service. HJ, oil massage. Further away from the 711, half way to the large crossing with Songjiang Road. The name in English is Thai Flower Life or something very close to that. I had a really good oil massage and nice HJ there the other week.

Yes, Thai Leisurely Life is the joint that I mentioned in my pervious post. I am a white foreigner who spends 3-4 weeks in Taipei yearly. I have seen the ebbs and flows of the mongering industry in Taipei for the past 25 plus years. My opinion is that when one parlor closes down another will pop up shortly. It is a simply supply and demand. Does anyone have any recent experience on freebies and / or Pay for Play girls at Carnagies? To answer to WillyManWilly, I guess Minquan Blue will close for a while. There is maybe a business issue. The boss had changed two years ago and the name of the place had changed.

There was a big turnover there (I could not see the same lady twice), they even were looking for ladies (it was written on their entrance door). Moreover, an other MP has opened 2-3 doors before (Minquan Red).

Nevertheless, this place was with Ceasar's and Private X one big brothel in Taipei. We could see their door opening every five minutes with a customer going out or in. I have no doubt that it will reopen in the future.

There have been plenty of posts about the area around Longshan but I'll add my own experience anyway as my first post.

I went to the intersection of guilin road and kangding road, and then walked south down kangding road. Even though it was after midnight and chilly, there were plenty of women out in short skirts. I walked by them and was asked if I wanted a massage. I picked one that was petite and then followed her into the building. She had a bit of an accent so I think she may have been Viet, but her Mandarin was better than mines is so I'm not really sure. There's a security guard in front, and we walked past him and took the elevator up to the rooms. She asked for 1350, and after I gave her 1500 (I didn't bother asking for change and she hesitated only slightly), we rinsed off in the shower and then headed over to the bed.
